Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z tworzywa sztucznego. Znane butelki z tworzywa sztucznego maja ksztalt powloki walcowej zwezajacej sie w swej górnej czesci do krócca wylotowego. Butelka wedlug wzoru posiada w dolnej czesci ksztalt powloki walcowej zas w górnej czesci ksztalt powloki stozkowej przy czym wysokosc powloki stozkowej jest nieco mniejsza niz wysokosc powloki walcowej. Dodatkowo na dole powloki walcowej jest nadlew w ksztal- cie trójkata zas na powloce stozkowej jest koliste zaglebienie na logo producenta. W górnej czesci powierzchni stozkowej jest króciec wylotowy. W odmianie butelki wedlug wzoru na powloce stozkowej sa dodatkowo, przebiegajace wzdluz tworzacych, zaglebienia a nadto, prostopadle do nich, zaglebienie na logo producenta. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, zas fig.2 - odmiane butelki takze w widoku z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1) Butelka posiada w dolnej czesci ksztalt powloki walcowej zas górnej czesci ksztalt powloki stozkowej przy czym wysokosc powloki stozkowej jest nieco mniejsza niz wysokosc powloki walcowej 2) Na dole powierzchni walcowej butelki jest nadlew w ksztalcie trójkata zas na powloce stoz- kowej jest koliste zaglebienie na logo producenta. 3) W odmianie butelki wedlug wzoru na powloce stozkowej sa dodatkowo, przebiegajace wzdluz tworzacych, zaglebienia a nadto, prostopadle do nich, zaglebienie na logo producenta.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a plastic bottle. Known plastic bottles have a cylindrical shell that tapers in its upper part to a nozzle. The bottle according to the design has a cylindrical shell in its lower part and a conical shell in its upper part, with the height of the conical shell being slightly less than the height of the cylindrical shell. Additionally, at the bottom of the cylindrical shell is a triangular lug, while the conical shell has a circular recess for the manufacturer's logo. The upper part of the conical surface has a nozzle. In the bottle variation according to the design, the conical shell also has recesses running along the recesses, and perpendicular to them, a recess for the manufacturer's logo. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, and Fig. 2 shows a variant of the bottle also from the front. Essential features of the industrial design: 1) The bottle has a cylindrical shell in its lower part and a conical shell in its upper part, with the height of the conical shell being slightly less than the height of the cylindrical shell. 2) At the bottom of the cylindrical surface of the bottle is a triangular lug, and the conical shell has a circular recess for the manufacturer's logo. 3) In the variant of the bottle according to the design, the conical shell additionally has recesses running along the generatrix lines, and, perpendicular to them, a recess for the manufacturer's logo.
