Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka sluzaca do prze- chowywania dowolnych cieczy. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczo- nych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspek- tywicznym z góry i z jej prawego boku, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przo- du, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z prawego boku, przy czym widok z lewego boku stanowi lustrzane odbicie widoku prawego boku, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - butelke w widoku z dolu, zas fig. 6 przedstawia butelke w widoku od tylu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ogólnie ma postac stozka scietego, o wiekszej podstawie o zarysie owalnym skierowanej ku górze, zakonczonego od dolu szyjka z gwintem zewnetrznym, wystajaca ku do- lowi z kopulastej scianki dolnej butelki. Górna scianka zamykajaca ma ksztalt owalnego kolpaka wypukloscia skierowanego ku dolowi, zaopa- trzonego w dwa rowki o zarysie litery V wyprowadzone zasadniczo od geometrycznego srodka scianki zamykajacej i rozbiegajace sie pod katem ostrym wzgledem siebie w kierunku tylnej czesci butelki. Kopulasta scianka dolna butelki ma zarys obwodowy wyznaczony przez obwodowy ksztalt scianki odwróconego stozka scietego, która w niewielkiej odleglo-tylnej butelki przebieg lukowy, opadajacy na sciankach bocznych i dalej opadajacy ku srodkowi scianki przedniej butelki, a nastepnie laczacy sie w tej czesci srodkowej z górnymi koncami zarysu dziobkowego o ksztal- cie zblizonym do litery V. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view from above and from its right side, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a right side view, with the left side view being a mirror image of the right side view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a bottom view, and Fig. 6 shows the bottle in a back view. The industrial design bottle generally takes the form of a truncated cone, with a larger, oval base pointing upwards, terminating at the bottom in an externally threaded neck protruding downwards from the domed lower wall of the bottle. The upper closing wall is shaped like an oval cap with the convexity pointing downwards, provided with two V-shaped grooves extending substantially from the geometric center of the closing wall and diverging at an acute angle towards the rear of the bottle. The domed bottom wall of the bottle has a circumferential outline defined by the circumferential shape of the wall of an inverted truncated cone, which in the small distance at the rear of the bottle has an arc-shaped course, descending on the side walls and further descending towards the center of the front wall of the bottle, and then connecting in this middle part with the upper ends of the spout outline with a shape similar to the letter V.
