Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na butelki. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika na butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczo- nych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik na butelki w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i z jego prawego boku, fig. 2 - po- jemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z prawego boku, przy czym widok z lewego boku stanowi lustrzane odbicie widoku pra- wego boku, fig. 4 - pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - pojemnik w wido- ku z dolu, fig. 6 - pojemnik z fig. 1 w widoku od tylu, fig. 7 przedstawia pojemnik na butelki w drugim wykonaniu w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i z jego prawego boku, fig. 8 - pojemnik z fig. 7 w widoku z przo- du, fig. 9 - pojemnik z fig. 7 w widoku z prawego boku, przy czym widok z lewego boku stanowi lustrzane odbicie widoku prawego boku, fig. 10 - pojemnik z fig. 7 w widoku z góry, zas fig. 11 przedstawia pojemnik z fig. 7 w widoku od tylu. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w pierwszym wykonaniu ogólnie ma postac stozka scietego o wiekszej podstawie o zarysie owal- nym, wspartej na owalnym cokole, usytuowanym przy przednim odcinku obwodu wymienionej wiekszej podstawy. W przedniej czesci scianki pojemnika, przy jego obwodowej górnej krawedzi, znajduje sie wybranie w przyblizeniu o zarysie pólkolistym, zas ponizej tego wybrania jest usy-tuowane zaglebienie z centralnie w nim umieszczonym wystepem pólku- listym. Wewnatrz stozka scietego, nieco ponizej jego obwodowej górnej krawedzi, znajduje sie pozioma scianka z centrycznie w niej wykonanym otworem. Obwodowa górna krawedz stozka scietego jest linia lukowo wznoszaca sie ku tylowi pojemnika, gdzie ponad te linie, wystajaca poza tylny obrys stozka scietego, wznosi sie ku górze pólowalne korytko, wy- zlobione od strony przedniej, ponizej zas tej linii, wystajacej poza tylny obrys stozka scietego, jest usytuowany element uchwytowy, jednoczesnie wspierajacy pólowalne korytko. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w drugim wykonaniu ogólnie ma takze postac stozka scietego o wiekszej podstawie o zarysie owalnym, wspartej na owalnym cokole, usytuowanym przy przednim odcinku obwodu wymienionej wiekszej podstawy. W przedniej czesci scianki pojemnika, przy jego obwodowej górnej krawedzi, znajduje sie wybranie w przyblizeniu o zarysie pólkolistym, zas ponizej tego wybrania jest usytuowane zaglebienie z centralnie w nim umieszczonym wystepem pólkulistym. Wewnatrz stozka scietego, nieco ponizej jego obwodowej górnej krawedzi, znajduje sie pozioma scianka z centrycznie w niej wy- konanym otworem. Obwodowa górna krawedz stozka scietego jest linia lukowo wznoszaca sie ku tylowi pojemnika, gdzie ponizej tej linii, wysta- jacej poza tylny obrys stozka scietego, jest usytuowany element uchwy- towy. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle container, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle container in a perspective view from above and from its right side, fig. 2 - the container in a front view, fig. 3 - the container in a right side view, the left side view being a mirror image of the right side view, fig. 4 - the container in a top view, fig. 5 - the container in a bottom view, fig. 6 - the container from fig. 1 in a back view, fig. 7 shows the bottle container in the second embodiment in a perspective view from above and from its right side, fig. 8 - the container from fig. 7 in a front view, fig. 9 - the container from fig. 7 in a right side view, the left side view being a mirror image of the right side view, fig. 10 - the container from fig. 7 in a top view, and fig. 11 shows the container from fig. 7 in a rear view. The industrial design container in the first embodiment generally has the form of a truncated cone with a larger oval base supported by an oval plinth located at the front perimeter of said larger base. In the front part of the container wall, at its peripheral upper edge, there is a recess with an approximately semicircular outline, and below this recess is a recess with a centrally located hemispherical protrusion. Inside the truncated cone, slightly below its peripheral upper edge, there is a horizontal wall with a centrally located opening. The circumferential upper edge of the truncated cone is a line arcing upwards towards the rear of the container, where above this line, extending beyond the rear contour of the truncated cone, rises a semi-oval recess, recessed on the front side. Below this line, extending beyond the rear contour of the truncated cone, is a gripping element that simultaneously supports the semi-oval recess. The container according to the industrial design in the second embodiment also generally has the form of a truncated cone with a larger oval base, supported by an oval plinth located at the front section of the circumference of said larger base. In the front part of the container wall, at its circumferential upper edge, is a recess with an approximately semi-circular outline, and below this recess is a recess with a centrally located hemispherical protrusion. Inside the truncated cone, slightly below its circumferential upper edge, there is a horizontal wall with a central opening. The circumferential upper edge of the truncated cone is a line arcing upwards towards the rear of the container, where a gripping element is located below this line, which protrudes beyond the rear outline of the truncated cone.
