Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie ekspresu do kawy . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia ekspres do kawy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- ekspres w widoku z przodu, j fig.3- ekspres w widoku z tylu, fig.4- ekspres w widoku z boku, fig.5- ekspres w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- eks- pres w widoku z góry, a fig.7- ekspres w widoku z dolu. Ekspres do kawy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmu- jacy dwusegmentowy korpus z przykrywka oraz podstawe, posiadanastepujace cechy istotne: segment przedni korpusu jest wyz- szy od segmentu tylnego korpusu i ma wypukla sciane tylna, a na plaskiej scianie górnej usytuowana jest wypukla przy- krywka, na której górnej powierzchni znajduja sie trzy otwory 0 zarysach lukowatych. W widoku z góry, segment przedni ma zarys trójkata równoramiennego, którego podstawa i ramiona sa lukowate, a wierzcholek górny lukowato zaokraglony. Przy lu- kowatej krawedzi górnej segmentu przedniego korpusu znajduje sie wystep o zarysie czesci kola, a w polu sciany przedniej tego segmentu znajduja sie: w czesci dolnej wybranie majace, w widoku z przodu, zarys pólowalu, a w czesci górnej wybranie 1 nakladka majace, w widoku z przodu, zarys mniejszego pólo- walu. Przy krawedzi dolnego wybrania usytuowany jest wypukly daszek w ksztalcie czesci powierzchni kuli. Ponadto w polu sciany przedniej segmentu przedniego korpusu znajduja sie: w czesci górnej, wskaznik poziomu wody o zarysie prostokata z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami oraz obszar o zarysie prostoka- ta z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami, w polu, którego usytuowany jest otwór o podobnym zarysie, a w czesci dolnej podobny ob- szar prostokatny z przelacznikiem. Segment tylny korpusu przylega wklesla sciana przednia do sciany tylnej segmentu przedniego i ma wypukla sciane tylna. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the coffee machine. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the coffee machine in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the coffee machine in a front view, fig. 3 - the coffee machine in a back view, fig. 4 - the coffee machine in a side view, fig. 5 - the coffee machine in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the coffee machine in a top view, and fig. 7 - the coffee machine in a bottom view. An industrial-design coffee maker comprising a two-segment body with a lid and a base, possessing the following essential features: the front segment of the body is higher than the rear segment of the body and has a convex rear wall, and the flat upper wall has a convex lid, the upper surface of which has three arcuate openings. Viewed from above, the front segment has the outline of an isosceles triangle, the base and arms of which are arcuate, and the upper apex is rounded in an arc. At the arced upper edge of the front segment of the body is a protrusion with the outline of a portion of a circle, and the front wall of this segment includes: a recess in the lower section having, in the front view, the outline of a semi-oval, and a recess in the upper section and a cap having, in the front view, the outline of a smaller semi-oval. At the edge of the lower recess, a convex roof in the shape of part of the surface of a sphere is located. Furthermore, the front wall area of the front body segment contains: in the upper section, a water level indicator in the shape of a rectangle with arcuate shorter sides, and an area in the shape of a rectangle with arcuate shorter sides, in which an opening of a similar outline is located, and in the lower section, a similar rectangular area with a switch. The rear body segment has a concave front wall adjacent to the rear wall of the front segment and has a convex rear wall.
