Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac frytkownicy, prze- jawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Frytkownica wedlug wzoru, obejmujaca podstawe naczterech kulistych nózkach, korpus, pokrywe i przystawke, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze pokrywa jest wypukla i ma, w wido- ku z góry, zarys prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami i luko- watymi bokami, a na jej górnej powierzchni znajduje sie wy- branie o zarysie elipsy z eliptycznym okienkiem oraz wiele kolistych otworków tworzacych lacznie zarys elipsy. W czesci przedniej pokrywy usytuowana jest raczka, majaca, w widoku z przodu, zarys prostokata, którego krótsze boki sa lukowate, a dluzsze boki sa faliste, a w polu raczki polozony jest owalny obszar, przy czym wierzchnia strona raczki jest wypuk- la, a raczka przebiega w poblize dolnej krawedzi korpusu. Korpus ma ksztalt w przyblizeniu ostroslupa scietego o pod- stawie prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami i lukowatymi boka- mi, zas na krawedzi korpusu i podstawy, od strony przedniej, znajduje sie przelacznik majacy w widoku z przodu zarys dwu- wypuklej soczewki i majacy w widoku z boku zarys trójkata o wypuklych ramionach i podstawie. Przystawka ma ksztalt bry- ly, której górna sciana jest wypukla i która ma, w widoku od tylu, zarys owalny. Krawedz dolna przystawki, w widoku z bo- ku, stanowi linie prosta polaczona z linia lukowata, przy czym sciana dolna przystawki przylega do korpusu i pokrywy, zachodzac na górna powierzchnie pokrywy, a na scianach bocz- nych przystawki znajduja sie dwa symetryczne wystepy. Ponadto w polu sciany górnej przystawki znajduja sie: eliptyczne wy- branie, mniejszy kolisty obszar, a pomiedzy nimi wypukla gal- ka, majaca z góry zarys migdala oraz widoczna od strony tyl- nej, przykrywka pojemnika kabla, majaca zarys trójkata równo- bocznego o lukowatych bokach i dwóch narozach i którego trze- cie naroze ma zarys pólowalu. Podstawa ma dolna krawedzlukowato profilowana, w widoku z przodu, z tylu i z boku, a ponadto w polu sciany dolnej podstawy znajduje sie wiele podluznych szczelin ulozonych w zarys elipsy oraz dwa mniej- sze eliptyczne obszary usytuowane po bokach pola szczelin. PL PL PLDeep Fryer The design registration right is valid from: February 22, 2000 Priority: August 23, 1999 (WIPO) The subject of the ornamental design is a deep fryer. The essence of the design is a new form of a deep fryer, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a deep fryer in a perspective view, fig. 2 - a deep fryer in a front view, fig. 3 - a deep fryer in a rear view, fig. 4 - a deep fryer in a side view, fig. 5 - a deep fryer in a second side view, fig. 6 - a deep fryer in a top view, and fig. 7 - a deep fryer in a bottom view. A fryer, according to the design, comprising a base on four spherical legs, a body, a lid, and an attachment, is characterized in that the lid is convex and, when viewed from above, has a rectangular outline with rounded corners and arcuate sides, and its upper surface has an elliptical recess with an elliptical window and a plurality of circular holes that together form an ellipse. A handle is located in the front of the lid, which, when viewed from the front, has a rectangular outline with arcuate shorter sides and wavy longer sides, and an oval area is located in the handle area, with the upper side of the handle being convex and extending near the lower edge of the body. The body has the approximate shape of a truncated pyramid with a rectangular base with rounded corners and arcuate sides, while on the front edge of the body and base is a switch having the outline of a biconvex lens in a front view and the outline of a triangle with convex arms and base in a side view. The attachment has the shape of a solid whose upper wall is convex and which has an oval outline in a rear view. The lower edge of the attachment, in a side view, forms a straight line connected to the arcuate line, with the lower wall of the attachment adjoining the body and cover, overlapping the upper surface of the cover, and the side walls of the attachment have two symmetrical projections. Additionally, the upper wall of the attachment contains: an elliptical recess, a smaller circular area, and between them a convex knob, with an almond-shaped top, and a cable receptacle cover, visible from the rear, in the shape of an equilateral triangle with arcuate sides and two corners, the third corner of which is a semi-oval. The base has a lower edge with an arc-shaped profile in front, rear, and side views. Furthermore, the lower wall of the base contains numerous longitudinal slits arranged in an elliptical shape, as well as two smaller elliptical areas located on the sides of the slit area.
