Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór pojemnika uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w pierwszej odmianie wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia pojemnik z fig. 1 w widoku z przodu, przy czym widok z tylu jest jego lustrzanym odbiciem, fig. 3 przedstawia pojeirtnik z fig. 1 w widoku z lewego boku, przy czym widok z prawego boku jest jego lustrzanym odbiciem, fig. 4 przedstawia pojemnik z fig. 1 w widoku z góry, fig. 5 przedstawia pojemnik z fig. 1 w widoku z dolu, fig. 6 przedstawia pojemnik w drugiej odmianie wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 7 przedstawia pojemnik z fig. 6 w widoku z przodu, przy czym widok z tylu jest jego lustrzanym odbiciem, fig. 8 przedstawia pojemnik z fig. 6 w widoku z lewego boku, przy czym widok z prawego boku jest jego lustrzanym odbiciem, fig. 9 przedstawia pojemnik z fig. 6 w widoku z góry, a fig. 10 przedstawia pojemnik z fig. 6 w widoku z dolu.Pojemnik ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych naroznikach i lekko wypuklej scianie przedniej i tylnej, zakonczonego w górnej czesci elementem przypominajacym splaszczona z kazdej strony kopule, przechodzaca na górnym koncu w element o ksztalcie cylindrycznej rury wyznaczajacej otwór pojemnika. Zblizona do splaszczonej kopuly górna czesc pojemnika ma scianki przednia i tylna pochylone bardziej stromo ku cylindrycznemu otworowi niz scianki boczne. Na sciance przedniej i tylnej kopula ma falista dolna krawedz. W dolnej czesci pojemnik posiada obwodowy wystep rozciagajacy sie do podstawy pojemnika. Pojemnik posiada na sciance przedniej i tylnej poziomo ulozone, jedno pod drugim, zaglebienia, z których górne ma ksztalt eliptyczny i rozciaga sie czesciowo na kopulowej czesci, zas polozone pod nim pozostale zaglebienia maja ksztalt podluznych prostokatnych elementów o zaokraglonych krótszych bokach. Pojemnik w pierwszej odmianie wzoru posiada na sciance przedniej i tylnej jedno eliptyczne zaglebienie i dwa zaglebienia w ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych krótszych bokach. Pojemnik w drugiej odmianie wzoru posiada na sciance przedniej i tylnej jedno eliptyczne zaglebienie i cztery zaglebienia w ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych krótszych bokach. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze, pojemnik ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych naroznikach i lekko wypuklej scianie przedniej i tylnej,zakonczonego w górnej czesci elementem przypominajacym splaszczona z kazdej strony kopule, przechodzaca na górnym koncu w element o ksztalcie ^cylindrycznej rury wyznaczajacej otwór pojemnika, przy czym zblizona do splaszczonej kopuly górna czesc pojemnika ma scianki przednia i tylna pochylone bardziej stromo ku cylindrycznemu otworowi niz scianki boczne oraz na sciance przedniej i tylnej kopula ma falista dolna krawedz, zas w dolnej czesci pojemnik posiada obwodowy wystep rozciagajacy sie do podstawy pojemnika, przy czym pojemnik posiada na sciance przedniej i tylnej poziomo ulozone, jedno pod drugim, zaglebienia, z których górne ma ksztalt eliptyczny i rozciaga sie czesciowo na kopulowej czesci, zas polozone pod nim pozostale zaglebienia maja ksztalt podluznych prostokatnych elementów o zaokraglonych krótszych bokach, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1-10. Compared to similarly shaped products of this type, the container in the industrial design is distinguished by its new form, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The design of the container is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in the first design variant in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the container from Fig. 1 in a front view, the back view being its mirror image, Fig. 3 shows the container from Fig. 1 in a left side view, the right side view being its mirror image, Fig. 4 shows the container from Fig. 1 in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the container from Fig. 1 in a bottom view, Fig. 6 shows the container in the second design variant in a perspective view, Fig. 7 shows the container from Fig. 6 in a front view, the back view being its mirror image, Fig. 8 shows the container from Fig. 6 in a left side view, the right side view being its mirror image, Fig. 9 shows the container from Fig. 6 in a top view, and Fig. 10 shows the container from Fig. 6 in a bottom view. The container has A shape similar to a cuboid with rounded corners and slightly convex front and rear walls, terminating in an upper section resembling a dome, flattened on all sides, which transitions at the upper end into a cylindrical tube-shaped element defining the container's opening. The upper section of the container, resembling a flattened dome, has front and rear walls that slope more steeply towards the cylindrical opening than the side walls. The dome has a wavy lower edge on the front and rear walls. At the lower section, the container has a circumferential projection extending to the container's base. The container has horizontally arranged recesses on the front and rear walls, one below the other. The upper recess is elliptical and extends partially onto the dome-shaped portion, while the remaining recesses below it are elongated rectangular elements with rounded shorter sides. The container in the first design variant has one elliptical recess and two rectangular recesses with rounded shorter sides on the front and rear walls. The container in the second design variant has one elliptical recess and four rectangular recesses with rounded shorter sides on the front and rear walls. The essential features of the industrial design are that the container has a shape close to a cuboid with rounded corners and slightly convex front and rear walls, terminated in the upper part with an element resembling a dome flattened on all sides, which at the upper end turns into an element in the shape of a cylindrical tube defining the opening of the container, wherein the upper part of the container, resembling a flattened dome, has front and rear walls inclined more steeply towards the cylindrical opening than the side walls and on the front and rear walls the dome has a wavy lower edge, while in the lower part the container has a circumferential projection extending to the base of the container, wherein the container has horizontally arranged recesses on the front and rear walls, one below the other, the upper of which has an elliptical shape and extends partially on the dome part, while the remaining recesses located underneath it have the shape of elongated rectangular elements with rounded shorter sides, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1-10. The essential features of the container in the first variant of the industrial design are that it has on the front and back walls one elliptical recess and two rectangular recesses with rounded shorter sides, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1-5.
