Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dozownik. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac dozownika przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia dozownik w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i boku, fig. 2 przedstawia dozownik w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu i boku, fig. 3 przedstawia dozownik w widoku z boku, fig. 4 przedstawia dozownik w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 przedstawia dozownik w widoku od tylu, fig. 6 przedstawia dozownik w widoku z góry, fig. 7 przedstawia dozownik w widoku z dolu. Dozownik wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma forme plytki o ksztalcie, w widoku z boku, zblizonym do trójkata o zaokraglonym górnym wierzcholku. Tylna scianka dozownika jest zaokraglona i lukiem przechodzi w dolna podstawe. Przednia scianka dozownika jest falista i na dole, przy podstawie ma prostokatne wyciecie o wkleslej sciance tylnej. Od górnejscianki wyciecia, ku dolowi odchodzi przycisk w postaci jezyczka wkleslego ku tylowi. Przednia powierzchnia jezyczka pokryta jest poziomymi równoleglymi do siebie rowkami oddzielonymi od siebie zeberkami. Na dole jezyczek jest polaczony plytka z tylna scianka wyciecia. Na kazdej bocznej sciance, nad wycieciem dozownik ma lukowata wypuklosc zachodzaca na przednia scianke dozownika. Nad wycieciem i pod wypukloscia dozownik ma obwodowa linie dzialowa równolegla do jego podstawy. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to ze dozownik ma forme plytki o ksztalcie, w widoku z boku, zblizonym do trójkata o zaokraglonym górnym wierzcholku. Tylna scianka dozownika jest zaokraglona i lukiem przechodzi w dolna podstawe. Przednia scianka dozownika jest falista i na dole, przy podstawie ma prostokatne wyciecie o wkleslej sciance tylnej. Od górnej scianki wyciecia, ku dolowi odchodzi przycisk w postaci jezyczka wkleslego ku tylowi. Przednia powierzchnia jezyczka pokryta jest poziomymi równoleglymi do siebie rowkami oddzielonymi od siebie zeberkami. Na dole jezyczek jest polaczony plytka z tylna scianka wyciecia. Na kazdej bocznej sciance, nad wycieciem dozownik ma lukowata wypuklosc zachodzaca na przednia scianke dozownika. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the dispenser, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surfaces. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the dispenser in a perspective view from the front and side, Fig. 2 shows the dispenser in a perspective view from the rear and side, Fig. 3 shows the dispenser in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the dispenser in a front view, Fig. 5 shows the dispenser in a rear view, Fig. 6 shows the dispenser in a top view, and Fig. 7 shows the dispenser in a bottom view. The dispenser according to the design is characterized by its plate-like shape, in side view, resembling a triangle with a rounded upper tip. The rear wall of the dispenser is rounded and arcs into the lower base. The front wall of the dispenser is wavy and has a rectangular cutout at the bottom, near the base, with a concave rear wall. A button extends from the top of the cutout, recessed towards the bottom, in the form of a tongue, concave towards the rear. The front surface of the tongue is covered with horizontal, parallel grooves separated by ribs. At the bottom, the tongue is connected to the rear wall of the cutout by a plate. On each side wall, above the cutout, the dispenser has an arcuate bulge that overlaps the front wall of the dispenser. Above the bulge and below the bulge, the dispenser has a circumferential dividing line parallel to its base. The essential features of the industrial design are that the dispenser has a plate-like shape, in side view, similar to a triangle with a rounded top. The rear wall of the dispenser is rounded and arches into the lower base. The front wall of the dispenser is wavy and has a rectangular cutout at the bottom, near the base, with a concave rear wall. A button extends downward from the upper wall of the cutout, resembling a concave tongue, which curves backward. The front surface of the tongue is covered with horizontal, parallel grooves separated by ribs. At the bottom, the tongue is connected to the rear wall of the cutout by a plate. On each side wall, above the cutout, the dispenser has an arcuate protrusion that overlaps the front wall of the dispenser. Above the cutout and below the protrusion, the dispenser has a circumferential dividing line parallel to its base, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1-7. FIG. 1.
