Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dozownik. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac dozownika przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Dozownik wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma forme plytki o ksztalcie, w widoku z boku, zblizonym do trójkata o zaokraglonym górnym wierzcholku. Tylna scianka dozownika jest zaokraglona i lukiem przechodzi w dolna podstawe. Przednia scianka dozownika jest plaska i na dole, przy podstawie ma prostokatne wyciecie o wkleslej sciance tylnej. Od górnejscianki wyciecia, ku dolowi odchodzi przycisk w postaci jezyczka wkleslego ku tylowi. Na dole jezyczek jest polaczony plytka z tylna scianka wyciecia. Nad wycieciem dozownik ma obwodowa linie dzialowa równolegla do jego podstawy. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to ze dozownik ma forme plytki o ksztalcie, w widoku z boku, zblizonym do trójkata o zaokraglonym górnym wierzcholku. Tylna scianka dozownika jest zaokraglona i lukiem przechodzi w dolna podstawe. Przednia scianka dozownika jest plaska i na dole, przy podstawie ma prostokatne wyciecie o wkleslej sciance tylnej. Od górnej scianki wyciecia, ku dolowi odchodzi przycisk w postaci jezyczka wkleslego ku tylowi. Na dole jezyczek jest polaczony plytka z tylna scianka wyciecia. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the dispenser, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surfaces. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the dispenser in a perspective view from the front and side, Fig. 2 shows the dispenser in a perspective view from the rear and side, Fig. 3 shows the dispenser in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the dispenser in a front view, Fig. 5 shows the dispenser in a rear view, Fig. 6 shows the dispenser in a top view, and Fig. 7 shows the dispenser in a bottom view. The dispenser according to the design is characterized by its plate-like shape, in side view, resembling a triangle with a rounded upper tip. The rear wall of the dispenser is rounded and arcs into the lower base. The front wall of the dispenser is flat and has a rectangular cutout at the bottom, near the base, with a concave rear wall. A button extends from the top of the cutout downward, in the form of a tongue, concave towards the rear. At the bottom, the tongue is connected by a plate to the rear wall of the cutout. Above the cutout, the dispenser has a circumferential partition line parallel to its base. The essential features of the industrial design are that the dispenser has a plate-like shape, in side view, resembling a triangle with a rounded top. The rear wall of the dispenser is rounded and merges with the lower base in an arc. The front wall of the dispenser is flat and has a rectangular cutout at the bottom, near the base, with a concave rear wall. A button extends downward from the top wall of the cutout, in the form of a concave tongue, concave toward the rear. At the bottom, the tongue is connected to the rear wall of the cutout by a plate. Above the cutout, the dispenser has a circumferential dividing line parallel to its base, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1-7, Fig. 2, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 7.
