Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac latarki elektrycznej, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia latarke elek- tryczna w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- latarke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- latarke w widoku z tylu, fig.4- latarke w widoku z boku, fig.5- latarke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- latarke w widoku z góry, a fig.7- latarke w widoku z dolu. Latarka elektryczna wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, obej- mujaca dwa pierscienie oraz czesc swietlna z uchwytem, cha-rakteryzuje sie tym, ze obudowa latarki ma ksztalt bryly zlo- zonej z czterech stozków scietych z wypuklymi scianami bocz- nymi, przy czym pierwszy stozek stanowi pierscien przedni, na którego powierzchni znajduje sie kilkanascie rowków, drugi stozek stanowi czesc swietlna latarki i przechodzi on w trze- ci stozek stanowiacy uchwyt latarki. Czwarty stozek stanowi pierscien tylny. W obszarze przejscia czesci swietlnej w uchwyt znajduje sie eliptyczne wybranie, w którym usytuowa- na jest eliptyczna nakrywka z wycieciem o zarysie trójkata równobocznego z zaokraglonymi narozami i bokami, a w wycieciu znajduje sie przycisk o zarysie kolistym. An electric flashlight in accordance with the decorative design, comprising two rings and a lighting section with a handle, is characterized in that the flashlight housing is shaped like a solid composed of four truncated cones with convex side walls. The first cone is the front ring, whose surface has several grooves. The second cone is the lighting section of the flashlight and transitions into the third cone, which forms the handle. The fourth cone is the rear ring. In the area where the lighting section transitions to the handle, there is an elliptical recess in which an elliptical cap is located with a cutout in the shape of an equilateral triangle with rounded corners and sides, and in the cutout is a circular button.
