W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, obudowa suszarki do wlosów , wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów . Wzór obudowy suszarki do wlosów uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia obudowe suszarki w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.2 -obudowe w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu, fig.3 - obudowe w widoku z góry, fig.4 - obudowe w widoku od spodu, fig.5 przedstawia obudowe w widoku z przodu, fig.6 - obudowe w widoku z tylu, fig.7 przedstawia obudowe telefonu w widoku z jednego boku, fig.8 - obudowe w widoku od strony drugiego boku. Obudowa suszarki do wlosów ma usytuowany poziomo korpus z wystajaca z jednego konca do dolu, pod katem zblizonym do prostego, raczka. Korpus ma ksztalt przypominajacy stozek, którego podstawa, o kolistym ksztalcie, jest zakonczona kopula o licznych kólkach, ulozonych na powierzchni kopuly w pionowych i poziomych rzedach przecinajacych sie pod katem zesoba. Kopula jest otoczona pierscieniowym rantem o nieco mniejszej srednicy niz srednica podstawy korpusu. Korpus jest podzielony na trzy czesci . Tylna czesc, z której wystaje raczka ma najwieksze wymiary , a na jej powierzchni bocznej po obu stronach nad raczka, ma plaski, wzdluzny wystep, o ksztalcie zwezajacym sie w kierunku przodu suszarki. Wystep wychodzi z rantu i sklada sie z dwóch nalozonych na siebie czesci, dluzszej i krótszej. Srodkowa czesc korpusu suszarki ma ksztalt walca, a z niej wystaje koncowa czesc, zwezajaca sie do przodu i zaokraglona na koncu. W poprzek tej koncowej czesci jest usytuowany element poszerzony na koncu , w ksztalcie zblizonym do kaczego, otwartego dziobu. Wewnatrz tego elementu jest wypelnienie w postaci srodkowego wycinka kola z obrecza i wychodzacymi z centralnego kola promieniowo ulozonymi zebrami. Natomiast raczka ma ergonomiczny ksztalt, a w widoku z boku jest lukowato wygieta do przodu i do tylu. W miejscach polaczenie z korpusem jest zaokraglona, przy czym przejscie z raczki do korpusu od tylnej czesci obudowy jest lukowato uksztaltowane z uskokiem. Raczka na koncu jest znacznie ciensza i ma zaokraglone wybrzuszenie z bocznymi elementami w widoku z boku, majacymi ksztalt zblizony do elipsy. Raczka sklada sie jak gdyby z trzech czesci wzajemnie na siebie zachodzacych i nadajacych ostateczny jej ksztalt. W widoku od przodu raczka ma usytuowany w poblizu korpusu przycisk w ksztalcie nalozonych na siebie , wspólsrodkowych krazków. Compared to similar products of this type, the hair dryer housing, according to the industrial design, is distinguished by a new form manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The design of the hair dryer housing is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the dryer housing in a front perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the housing in a rear perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the housing in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the housing in a bottom view, Fig. 5 shows the housing in a front view, Fig. 6 shows the housing in a rear view, Fig. 7 shows the telephone housing in a side view, and Fig. 8 shows the housing in a side view. The hair dryer housing has a horizontally arranged body with a handle protruding downward from one end at a nearly 90-degree angle. The body is shaped like a cone, with a circular base topped by a dome with numerous circles arranged on the dome's surface in vertical and horizontal rows intersecting at an angle. The dome is surrounded by an annular rim with a diameter slightly smaller than the base of the body. The body is divided into three parts. The rear part, from which the handle protrudes, is the largest, and on its lateral surface, on both sides above the handle, it has a flat, longitudinal protrusion, tapering towards the front of the dryer. The protrusion extends from the rim and consists of two superimposed parts, one longer and one shorter. The central part of the dryer body is cylindrical, and from this protrudes the final part, tapering towards the front and rounded at the tip. Across this end section is a widened element, shaped similarly to an open duck's beak. Inside this element is a filling in the form of a central segment of a circle with a rim and radially arranged ribs extending from the central circle. The handle, on the other hand, has an ergonomic shape, and in a side view, it is curved forward and backward. It is rounded where it joins the body, while the transition from the handle to the body from the rear of the housing is arched and stepped. The handle is significantly thinner at the end and has a rounded bulge, with side elements in a side view that are almost elliptical in shape. The handle appears to consist of three parts that overlap and give it its final shape. In the front view, the handle has a button located near the body in the shape of superimposed, concentric discs. In the rear view, approximately in the middle, it has buttons, which in the front view have a rectangular shape and protruding elements of irregular shapes. The essential features of the hair dryer housing are that it has a horizontally positioned body with a handle protruding from one end downwards at an angle close to a right angle, the body has a shape resembling a cone, the base of which, of a circular shape, is topped with a dome with numerous circles arranged on the surface of the dome in vertical and horizontal rows intersecting at an angle with each other, and the dome is surrounded by an annular rim with a slightly smaller diameter than the diameter of the base of the body, the body is divided into three parts, the rear part from which the handle protrudes has the largest dimensions, and on its lateral surface on both sides above the handle, it has a flat, a longitudinal protrusion, with a shape narrowing towards the front of the dryer, and the protrusion comes out of the edge and consists of two superimposed parts, a longer one and a shorter one, while the central part of the dryer body has the shape of a cylinder, and from it protrudes the end part, narrowing towards the front and rounded at the end, whereby across this end part there is an element widened at the end, in a shape similar to an open duck's beak, and inside this element there is a filling in the form of a central segment of a circle with a rim and radially arranged ribs coming out of the central circle, while the handle has an ergonomic shape, and in a side view it is arcuately bent forward and backward, and in the places of connection with the body it is rounded, whereby the transition from the handle to the body from the rear part The housing is arch-shaped with a step, while the handle at the end is much thinner and has a rounded bulge with side elements in the side view having a shape similar to an ellipse, and the handle is composed of three parts that overlap each other and give it its final shape, and in the front view the handle has a button located near the body in the shape of superimposed, concentric discs, while in the rear view, more or less in the middle part it has buttons located, which in the front view have a rectangular shape and protruding elements of irregular shapes, as shown in the drawings, fig. 1-8. fig. 1 fig. 2 fig. 5 fig. 6 fig. 7 fig. 8 PL
