Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.1 przedstawia ekspres do kawy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, fig.2- ekspres w widoku z przodu, fig.3- ekspres w widoku z tylu, fig.4- ekspres w widoku z boku, fig.5- ekspres w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- ekspres w widoku z góry, a fig.7- ekspres w widoku z dolu. Ekspres do kawy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy podstawe usytuowana obok korpusu z przykrywka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: podstawa ma ksztalt stozka scietego, zas korpus ma ksztalt bryly majacej w podstawie trójkat równoramienny z lukowatymi ramionami, lukowata podstawa i lukowato zaokraglonymi narozami i której os usytuowana jest pod katem 70° w stosunku do plaszczyzny sciany górnej stozkowej podstawy. W polu sciany przedniej korpusu znajduje sie wybranie, a z wybrania wystaja dwa wystepy, przy czym dolny wystep jest wiekszy niz górny i ma, w widoku z boku, zarys lukowaty. Przykrywka usytuowana na korpusie ma ksztalt brylystanowiacej przedluzenie bryly korpusu, przy czym w polu wypuklej sciany górnej przykrywki widoczny jest plaski wystep majacy, w widoku z góry, zarys prostokata, który to wystep wystaje ku- przodowi. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the coffee machine. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the coffee machine in perspective views from the front, top, and side; Fig. 2 shows the coffee machine in a front view; Fig. 3 shows the coffee machine in a rear view; Fig. 4 shows the coffee machine in a side view; Fig. 5 shows the coffee machine in a side view; Fig. 6 shows the coffee machine in a top view; and Fig. 7 shows the coffee machine in a bottom view. An industrial-design coffee maker, comprising a base positioned next to a body with a lid, has the following essential features: the base has the shape of a truncated cone, and the body has the shape of a solid having an isosceles triangle at its base with arcuate legs, an arcuate base, and arcuately rounded corners, and whose axis is at a 70° angle to the plane of the upper wall of the conical base. The front wall of the body has a recess, and two protrusions protrude from the recess, the lower protrusion being larger than the upper protrusion and having, in a side view, an arcuate outline. The lid positioned on the body has the shape of a solid constituting an extension of the body, and in the convex area of the upper wall of the lid, a flat protrusion is visible, having, in a top view, a rectangular outline, which protrudes forward.
