Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest monitor drukarki (angielska nazwa „printer screen") stanowiacy urzadzenie bedace kombinacja monitora komputerowego i umieszczonej wewnatrz jego obudowy drukarki. Monitor drukarki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia sie w porównaniu z innymi znanymi wzorami monitorów nowa postacia, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia monitor drukarki w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku, fig. 2 - monitor drukarki w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - monitor drukarki w widoku z boku z jednej strony, fig. 4 - monitor drukarki w widoku z boku z drugiej strony, fig. 5 - monitor drukarki w widoku z tylu, fig. 6 - monitor drukarki w widoku z góry oraz fig. 7 - monitor drukarki w widoku z dolu.Monitor drukarki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt nieregularnej bryly i posiada czesc przednia i czesc tylna, przy czym czesc przednia jest wygieta lukowo ku przodowi tak, ze w widoku z boku ma zarys zblizony do 5 litery „J" ponadto zarówno pionowa jak i pochylona czesc przedniej i tylnej sciany przedniej czesci maja zaokraglone naroza oraz sa obwiedzione umieszczona wokól obwodu linia. The printer monitor, according to the industrial design, stands out compared to other known monitor designs due to its new form, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines and surfaces. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a printer monitor in a perspective view from the front and side, Fig. 2 - a printer monitor in a front view, Fig. 3 - a printer monitor in a side view from one side, Fig. 4 - a printer monitor in a side view from the other side, Fig. 5 - a printer monitor in a back view, Fig. 6 - a printer monitor in a top view and Fig. 7 - a printer monitor in a bottom view. The printer monitor according to the industrial design has the shape of an irregular solid and has a front part and a rear part, wherein the front part is bent in an arc towards the front so that in a side view it has an outline similar to the letter "J". Furthermore, both the vertical and the inclined part of the front and rear walls of the front part have rounded corners and are surrounded by a line placed around the circumference. The inclined part of the front part is frontally adjacent to an approximately vertical front wall of an almost rectangular outline with an elongated, horizontal, approximately rectangular element with rounded corners located approximately in the central part, and the vertical part of the front part is top-adjacent to an approximately rectangular, horizontally located upper wall with rounded edges, on the surface of which, on one side, small circular elements are placed next to each other, wherein the central element has a larger diameter than the others and is circumscribed by a common line with one of the adjacent circular elements. The rear wall of the front part of the monitor is adjacent to the front wall of the rear part of the monitor, which corresponds to it in shape, with the rear part having a shorter height and its upper wall having a nearly trapezoidal outline and rounded side edges, and the rear edge being tilted rearward. The rear wall of the rear part is rounded rearward in an arc at approximately half of its height, creating a vertical lower part protruding rearward with an approximately rectangular outline, and a longitudinal horizontal contour with rounded sides is located near the arced bend of the rear wall. The side walls of the rear part are slightly tapered towards the rear, and on one of the side walls, approximately near the center of the lower part, there are approximately rectangular contours placed one below the other, between which there are two circular elements placed one next to the other, and inside the approximately rectangular upper contour, there is an approximately trapezoidal outline with 10 small approximately rectangular elements placed inside, and inside the lower contour, approximately round and rectangular larger elements are placed. The lower wall of the rear part has an approximately trapezoidal outline, with its rear part 15 being slightly bent upwards and having small, flattened, protruding round elements placed near the front corners, as well as small, almost oval elements placed near the rear edge and a slightly further removed from the rear edge, situated approximately in the middle of its width, a larger element protruding downwards, ending with a rounded part. The essential features of the printer monitor according to the industrial design are that it has the shape of an irregular solid and has a front part and a rear part, wherein the front part is bent in an arc towards the front so that in a side view it has an outline similar to the letter "J", furthermore both the vertical and the inclined part of the front and rear walls of the front part have rounded corners and are surrounded by a line placed around the circumference, the inclined part of the front part on the front side is adjacent to an approximately vertical front wall of an almost rectangular outline with an elongated, horizontal, approximately rectangular element with rounded corners located approximately in the central part, and the vertical part of the front part is adjacent from the top to an approximately rectangular, horizontally located upper wall with rounded edges, on the surface of which from on the sides of one side 10 small round elements are placed next to each other, wherein the central element has a larger diameter than the others and is bordered by a common line with one of the adjacent round elements, while the rear wall of the front part of the monitor is adjacent to the front wall 15 of the rear part of the monitor, which corresponds to its shape, wherein the rear part has a smaller height and its upper wall with an almost trapezoidal outline and rounded side edges and the rear edge is inclined towards the rear, furthermore the rear wall of the rear part 20 at approximately half of its height is rounded in an arc towards the rear, creating a vertical lower part protruding towards the rear with an approximately rectangular outline, and in the area of the arc-shaped bend of the rear wall there is an elongated horizontal contour with rounded sides, the side walls of the rear part are slightly tapering towards the rear, whereby on one of the side walls, approximately near the centre of the lower part, there are approximately rectangular contours placed one below the other, between which there are two round elements placed one next to the other, while inside the approximately rectangular upper contour there is an approximately trapezoidal outline with small approximately rectangular elements placed inside, and inside the lower contour there are approximately round and rectangular larger elements placed, while the lower wall of the rear part has an approximately trapezoidal outline, while its rear part is slightly bent upwards and has small, flattened, protruding round elements placed near the front corners, as well as small, approximately oval elements placed near the rear edge and a slightly further removed from the rear edge, located approximately in in the middle of its width, a larger element protruding downwards, ending with a rounded part, as shown in the attached drawing, fig.1- fig.7, fig.6, fig.7 PL
