Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka sluzaca do prze- chowywania dowolnych cieczy. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczo- nych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspek- tywicznym z góry i z jej prawej oraz przedniej strony, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, przy czym jej widok od tylnej strony jest identyczny, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z prawej strony, przy czym widok z lewej strony stanowi lustrzane odbicie widoku prawej strony, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z góry, zas fig. 5 przedstawia butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma górna czesc denna o za- rysie owalnym oraz skierowana od niej w dól scianke o obwodowym zarysie odpowiadajacym zarysowi czesci dennej, przechodzaca lagodnym lukiem, mniej wiecej w polowie wysokosci butelki, w scianke zblizona ksztaltem do splaszczonego stozka scietego, zakonczona od dolu podsta- wa kolowa zwienczona szyjka skierowana w dól. Na obu powierzchniach bocznych scianki o obwodowym zarysie odpowiadajacym zarysowi czescidennej znajduja sie dwa, w przyblizeniu o zarysie owalnym, zaglebienia z szeregiem poziomo usytuowanych zeberek. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view from above and from its right and front sides; Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a front view, with the rear view being identical; Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a right view, with the left side view being a mirror image of the right side; Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view; and Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a bottom view. The industrial design bottle has an upper bottom portion with an oval outline and a wall extending downward from it with a circumferential outline corresponding to the outline of the bottom portion. This wall curves gently, approximately halfway up the bottle, into a wall similar in shape to a flattened truncated cone. It has a circular base at the bottom, topped with a neck extending downward. On both side surfaces of the wall with a circumferential outline corresponding to the outline of the bottom portion, there are two approximately oval recesses with a series of horizontally arranged ribs.
