W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, obudowa telefonu przenosnego , wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów . Wzór obudowy telefonu przenosnego uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia obudowe telefonu w widoku z przodu, fig.2 -obudowe w widoku z tylu, fig.3 - obudowe w widoku z góry, fig.4 - obudowe w widoku od dolu, fig.5 przedstawia obudowe w widoku od strony prawego boku, fig. 6 - obudowe od strony lewego boku, fig.7 przedstawia obudowe telefonu w widoku perspektywicznym w widoku od przodu. Obudowa telefonu przenosnego ma ksztalt wydluzonej bryly, zblizony do splaszczonego prostopadloscianu, o zaokraglonych krawedziach i narozach. Sciany boczne , które sa znacznie nizsze niz sciany przednia i tylna, sa nieznacznie pochylone w kierunku przedniej i tylnej sciany i zaokraglone od góry i od dolu. Srodkowa czesc sciany bocznej jest bardziej plaska. Natomiast tylna sciana obudowy jest plaska, a w widoku odtylu ma usytuowany, nieco ponad w polowie wysokosci, kolisty obrys, otoczony nieco mniejszym kolistym, wspólsrodkowym obrysem, a po jednej stronie , wewnatrz tego obrysu jest znacznie mniejszy kolisty obrys, skladajacy sie z trzech wspólsrodkowych, kolistych obrysów. Wzdluz krawedzi bocznych i równolegle do nich sa usytuowane liczne, symetrycznie ulozone linie, tworzace zaokraglone, dosc regularne ksztalty. Natomiast w widoku z przodu , w górnej czesci, obudowa ma prostokatny ekran telefonu, na którym od góry jest lukowata linia. Nad lukiem jest eliptyczny obrys mikrofonu, wewnatrz którego jest usytuowany element w ksztalcie rozciagnietego X, a pomiedzy ramionami X sa otwory dla mikrofonu. Otwory mikrofonu sa pochylone w kierunku srodka eliptycznego mikrofonu. Natomiast w dolnej czesci, obudowa ma element w ksztalcie litery X z czterema rowkami przycisków , które sa ulozone wokól centralnego kolistego przycisku. Cztery posrednie elementy skladaja sie z kolejnych przycisków i sa usytuowane pomiedzy rowkami przycisków X ksztaltnego elementu i sa pochylone w kierunku centralnego przycisku. Centralny przycisk ma kolowy ksztalt. Kazdy z czterech rowków elementu X ksztaltnego zawiera dwa przyciski , zas cztery posrednie elementy maja górny i dolny element posredni , kazdy z dwoma przyciskami, które ograniczaja centralny przycisk powyzej i ponizej. Cztery posrednie elementy zawieraja prawy i lewy element, kazdy z jednym przyciskiem , które ograniczaja centralny przycisk od prawej i od lewej strony. Dwa górne ramiona X ksztaltnego elementu sa wydluzone i zachodza nagórna krawedz obudowy, otaczajac ekran obudowy, zas dolne ramiona zachodza na dolne narozniki obudowy. Compared to similarly designed products of this type, the portable telephone housing, as shown in the industrial design, is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The portable telephone housing design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the telephone housing from the front, Fig. 2 shows the housing from the back, Fig. 3 shows the housing from the top, Fig. 4 shows the housing from the bottom, Fig. 5 shows the housing from the right side, Fig. 6 shows the housing from the left side, and Fig. 7 shows the telephone housing in a perspective view from the front. The portable telephone housing has the shape of an elongated solid, similar to a flattened cuboid, with rounded edges and corners. The side walls, which are significantly lower than the front and back walls, are slightly inclined towards the front and back walls and rounded at the top and bottom. The central part of the side wall is flatter. The rear wall of the case, on the other hand, is flat. In the rear view, it has a circular outline located just over halfway up, surrounded by a slightly smaller circular, concentric outline. On one side, inside this outline, there is a much smaller circular outline consisting of three concentric circular outlines. Along the side edges and parallel to them are numerous symmetrically arranged lines, creating rounded, fairly regular shapes. In the front view, on the top, the case has a rectangular phone screen, with an arc-shaped line at the top. Above the arc is an elliptical microphone outline, within which is an element shaped like an extended X, and between the arms of the X are microphone openings. The microphone openings are angled toward the center of the elliptical microphone. Meanwhile, at the bottom, the housing has an X-shaped element with four button grooves arranged around a central circular button. Four intermediate elements consist of further buttons and are located between the button grooves of the X-shaped element and are angled toward the central button. The central button is circular. Each of the four grooves of the X-shaped element contains two buttons, while the four intermediate elements have an upper and lower intermediate element, each with two buttons, which bound the central button above and below. The four intermediate elements contain a right and left element, each with one button, which bound the central button from the right and left. The two upper arms of the X-shaped element are extended and extend over the top edge of the housing, surrounding the housing screen, while the lower arms extend over the bottom corners of the housing.
