Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie telefonu bezprzewodowego, który utrzymany jest w nowoczesnej stylistyce i nadaje mu wlasny, wyjatkowy styl. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia telefon bezprzewodowy w pozycji zamknietej w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- telefon w widoku z góry, fig.3- telefon w widoku z dolu, fig.4- telefon w widoku z boku, fig.5- telefon w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- telefon w widoku z tylu, a fig.7- telefon w widoku z przodu. Telefon bezprzewodowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy dwie czesci odchylne polaczone elementem zawiasowym, i majacy w widoku z góry i z dolu, w przyblizeniu ksztalt prostokata z lukowato zaokraglonymi dwoma narozami, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sciana górna telefonu jest lekko wypukla, zas sciana tylna telefonu przebiega skosnie, przy czym pomiedzy krawedziami obwodowymi czesci odchylnych tworzacymi zarys litery „U" przebiega rowek o zarysie litery „V". W polu górnej powierzchni odchylnej czesci górnej znajduje sie owalny obszar, a w nim prostokatny wyswietlacz. Powyzej owalnegoobszaru znajduje sie obiektyw kamery z soczewka, przy czym oba te elementy maja zarysy koliste. W polu dolnej powierzchni odchylnej czesci dolnej znajduje sie wypietrzenie, którego zarys powtarza zarys krawedzi obwodowej tej czesci. The design's novelty and unique character are evident in the cordless telephone's shape, which is modern in style and gives it its own unique character. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the cordless telephone in the closed position, Fig. 2 shows the telephone from above, Fig. 3 shows the telephone from below, Fig. 4 shows the telephone from the side, Fig. 5 shows the telephone from the other side, Fig. 6 shows the telephone from the back, and Fig. 7 shows the telephone from the front. An industrial-design wireless telephone comprising two hinged parts connected by a hinge element and having, when viewed from above and below, an approximate rectangular shape with two corners rounded in an arc, has the following essential features: the upper wall of the telephone is slightly convex, while the rear wall of the telephone runs obliquely, with a V-shaped groove running between the peripheral edges of the hinged parts, which form the outline of the letter "U." In the upper surface area of the hinged upper part, there is an oval area, and within it, there is a rectangular display. Above the oval area, there is a camera lens with a lens, both of which have circular outlines. In the lower surface area of the hinged lower part, there is a raised area, the outline of which repeats the outline of the peripheral edge of this part.
