Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa telefonu komórkowego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac obudowy telefonu komórkowego, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, w ksztalcie poszczególnych elementów i w uksztaltowaniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia obudowe telefonu komórkowego w widoku z dolu, fig 2. - obudowe telefonu komórkowego w widoku z prawej strony, fig. 3 - obudowe telefonu komórkowego w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - obudowe telefonu komórkowego w widoku z lewej strony, fig. 5 - obudowe telefonu komórkowego w widoku z góry, fig. 6 - obudowe telefonu komórkowego w perspektywicznym widoku z przodu, fig. 7 - obudowe telefonu komórkowego w perspektywicznym widoku z tylu oraz fig. 8 - obudowe telefonu komórkowego w widoku z tylu. Obudowa telefonu komórkowego wedlug wzoru zlozona jest z nastepujacych czesci: przedniego panelu obudowy, klawiatury, czesci centralnej obudowy, tylnego panelu obudowy. Obudowa telefonu komórkowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widokach przedstawionych na fig. 1 - 6 i fig. 8 ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych rogach.Przedni panel obudowy telefonu komórkowego wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego rogi sa zaokraglone a krawedzie maja ksztalt luków zwróconych na zewnatrz prostokata. Przedni panel obudowy telefonu komórkowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony do wydluzonego prostokata, którego trzy boki maja ksztalt luków zwróconych na zewnatrz prostokata, zas czwarty bok ma ksztalt luku zwróconego do wnetrza prostokata. Przedni panel w widoku z przodu charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt czworokata wydluzonego ku górze, którego boki maja ksztalt lekkich luków, zwróconych na zewnatrz czworokata, a rogi sa zaokraglone. W górnej czesci przedniego panelu znajduja sie trzy otwory, z których dwa skrajne maja w widoku z góry ksztalt splaszczonej lzy, zas srodkowy - czworokata. Ponizej otworów znajduje sie zblizony do kwadratu otwór na wyswietlacz. Poczawszy od srodkowej czesci panelu, od jego boków prawego i lewego przebiegaja ku dolowi dwie równolegle linie sciecia w ksztalcie luków, które sa zwrócone ku sobie. W przestrzeni miedzy tymi liniami znajduje sie piec otworów, sluzacych do umieszczenia w nich klawiatury telefonu komórkowego. Górny otwór w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu którego dolna podstawa jest linia w ksztalcie luku zwróconego na zewnatrz trapezu, a dolne rogi sa zaokraglone. Pozostale otwory w widoku z przodu maja ksztalt czworokatów, których boczne krawedzie stanowia czesc linii sciecia, górne i dolne krawedzie maja ksztalt zwróconych ku dolowi luków, przy czym dolna krawedz najnizszego otworu jest linia lekko zakrzywiona. Przedni panel obudowy telefonu komórkowego w widoku z dolu ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego rogi sa zaokraglone, a krawedzie maja ksztalt luków zwróconych na zewnatrz prostokata. Klawiatura telefonu komórkowego wedlug wzoru, sklada sie z dwóch zestawów klawiszy : górnego zestawu trzech klawiszy i dolnego zestawu dwunastu klawiszy. Srodkowy klawisz górnego zestawu klawiszy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry ma ksztalt czworokata, zblizonego dokwadratu, którego bok prawy i lewy, maja ksztalt luków zwróconych na zewnatrz tego czworokata. W centrum srodkowego klawisza znajduje sie wglebienie w ksztalcie owalu. Prawy klawisz górnego zestawu klawiszy, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry ma ksztalt nieregularnego czworokata, którego lewy bok ma ksztalt luku zwróconego do wnetrza tego czworokata. Dolny zestaw klawiszy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry ma ksztalt figury zblizonej do trapezu, którego górna, dluzsza podstawa jest linia w ksztalcie luku zwróconego do wnetrza trapezu. Zlozony jest on z trzech kolumn klawiszy. Klawisze umieszczone w kolumnach lewej i prawej charakteryzuja sie tym, ze w widoku z góry maja ksztalt zblizony do równolegloboków. Klawisze w lewej kolumnie charakteryzuja sie ponadto tym, ze kazdy z nich posiada wybrzuszenie w ksztalcie równolegloboku, którego prawy górny róg jest zaokraglony. Klawisze w prawej kolumnie charakteryzuja sie tym, ze kazdy z nich posiada wybrzuszenie w ksztalcie równolegloboku, którego lewy górny róg jest zaokraglony. Klawisze umieszczone w srodkowej kolumnie charakteryzuja sie tym, ze w widoku z góry maja ksztalt zblizony do prostokata. Klawisze w srodkowej kolumnie charakteryzuja sie ponadto tym, ze kazdy z nich posiada wybrzuszenie w ksztalcie prostokata, którego dolny bok ma ksztalt luku zwróconego na zewnatrz tego prostokata. Wielkosc klawiszy w dolnym zestawie stopniowo zmniejsza sie we wszystkich kolumnach w kierunku od góry ku dolowi. Czesc centralna obudowy w widoku z boku charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w jej górnej czesci znajduje sie wciecie w ksztalcie luku zwróconego do wnetrza czesci centralnej a w jej srodkowej czesci znajduje sie wglebienie w ksztalcie scietej w polowie elipsy, której zaokraglony fragment zwrócony jest ku górze. Centralna czesc obudowy w widoku z dolu charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt nieregularnej figury zblizonej do prostokata, na której umieszczone sa gniazda zasilania i ladowania w ksztalcie, kolejno od lewej : prostokata wydluzonego w pionie, okregu, prostokata wydluzonego w poziomie, prostokata wydluzonego w pionie. Centralna czesc obudowy w widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego dluzsze boki sa w ksztalcie luków, zas na powierzchni posiada nieregularne wciecia. Tylny panel obudowy telefonu komórkowego wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego krótsze boki maja ksztalt luków, a dluzsze boki - linii prostej. Tylny panel charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony do wydluzonego prostokata, którego trzy boki maja ksztalt luków zwróconych na zewnatrz prostokata, zas czwarty bok ma ksztalt lukuzwróconego do wnetrza prostokata i umieszczona jest na nim wypustka mocujaca. Tylny panel w widoku z przodu charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt czworokata wydluzonego ku górze, którego boki maja ksztalt lekkich luków, zwróconych na zewnatrz czworokata, a rogi sa zaokraglone. W górnej czesci tylnego panelu znajduje sie wglebienie, które w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu, którego dolna podstawa ma ksztalt lekkiego luku, zwróconego na zewnatrz trapezu. Bezposrednio ponizej wglebienia znajduje sie wybrzuszenie, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu, którego górna, dluzsza podstawa jest jednoczesnie dolna podstawa wglebienia, a boki maja ksztalt luków zwróconych na zewnatrz trapezu i sa przedluzeniem boków wglebienia. Ponizej wybrzuszenia znajduje sie owalny otwór. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of mobile phone housing, manifested in its shape, the shape of individual elements, and the surface finish. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the mobile phone housing from the bottom, Fig. 2 - the mobile phone housing from the right side, Fig. 3 - the mobile phone housing from the front, Fig. 4 - the mobile phone housing from the left side, Fig. 5 - the mobile phone housing from the top, Fig. 6 - the mobile phone housing from a perspective front view, Fig. 7 - the mobile phone housing from a perspective rear view, and Fig. 8 - the mobile phone housing from the rear view. The mobile phone housing, according to the design, consists of the following parts: a front housing panel, a keypad, a central part of the housing, and a rear housing panel. The mobile phone housing is characterized in that, in the views shown in Figs. 1-6 and Fig. 8, it has a shape similar to a rectangle with rounded corners. The front panel of the mobile phone housing according to the pattern is characterized in that, in a top view, it has a shape similar to a rectangle, the corners of which are rounded and the edges are in the shape of arcs turned outward of the rectangle. The front panel of the mobile phone housing is characterized in that, in a side view, it has a shape similar to an elongated rectangle, three of whose sides are in the shape of arcs turned outward of the rectangle, and the fourth side is in the shape of an arc turned inward of the rectangle. The front panel, in a front view, is characterized in that it has the shape of a quadrangle elongated upward, the sides are in the shape of slight arcs turned outward of the quadrangle, and the corners are rounded. The top of the front panel features three openings, the two outermost ones shaped like a flattened teardrop when viewed from above, while the middle one is a quadrilateral. Below the openings is a roughly square opening for the display. Starting from the center of the panel, two parallel arc-shaped cut lines run downward from its right and left sides, facing each other. Five openings are located in the space between these lines, allowing the mobile phone's keypad to be inserted. The top opening, viewed from the front, is roughly trapezoidal, with its lower base being an arc-shaped line pointing outward from the trapezoid, and the lower corners are rounded. The remaining openings, viewed from the front, are quadrangular in shape, with their lateral edges forming part of a beveled line, their top and bottom edges shaped like downward-facing arcs, and the bottom edge of the lowest opening is a slightly curved line. The front panel of the mobile phone housing, viewed from the bottom, is roughly rectangular in shape, with rounded corners and edges shaped like arcs pointing outward from the rectangle. The mobile phone keypad, as shown in the pattern, consists of two sets of keys: an upper set of three keys and a lower set of twelve keys. The mobile phone keypad, as shown in the pattern, is characterized by being composed of two sets of keys, arranged one above the other, so that the lower edge of the upper set of keys is parallel to the upper edge of the lower set of keys. The upper set of keys is characterized by the fact that, when viewed from above, it has the shape of a figure similar to a trapezoid, whose shorter, lower base is a line in the shape of an arc pointing outward from the trapezoid. The left key of the upper set is characterized by the fact that, when viewed from above, it has the shape of an irregular quadrilateral, the right side of which has the shape of an arc pointing inward from the rectangle. The middle key of the upper set of keys is characterized by the fact that, when viewed from above, it has the shape of a quadrilateral, similar to a square, the right and left sides of which have the shape of arcs pointing outward from the quadrilateral. In the center of the middle key is an oval recess. The right key of the upper set of keys is characterized by the fact that, when viewed from above, it has the shape of an irregular quadrilateral, the left side of which has the shape of an arc pointing inward from the quadrilateral. The lower set of keys is characterized by a top-down trapezoid shape, with its upper, longer base being an arc-shaped line pointing inward toward the trapezoid. It is composed of three columns of keys. The keys in the left and right columns are characterized by a top-down parallelogram shape. The keys in the left column are also characterized by each having a parallelogram-shaped bulge with a rounded upper-right corner. The keys in the right column are characterized by each having a parallelogram-shaped bulge with a rounded upper-left corner. The keys in the middle column are characterized by a top-down rectangle shape. The keys in the center column are also characterized by each having a rectangular bulge, the lower edge of which is shaped like an arc pointing outward from the rectangle. The size of the keys in the lower set gradually decreases across all columns from top to bottom. The central part of the housing, viewed from the side, is characterized by a recess in the upper part shaped like an arc pointing inward, and a recess in the middle of the case in the shape of an ellipse cut in half, with the rounded section pointing upward. The central part of the housing, viewed from the bottom, is characterized by its shape of an irregular figure resembling a rectangle, on which are located the power and charging ports in the shape of, from left to right: a vertically elongated rectangle, a circle, a horizontally elongated rectangle, and a vertically elongated rectangle. The central part of the housing, viewed from above, is shaped like a rectangle, whose longer sides are arc-shaped, and whose surface has irregular indentations. The rear panel of the mobile phone housing, as shown in the pattern, is characterized by its shape resembling a rectangle, whose shorter sides are arc-shaped and the longer sides are straight. The rear panel is characterized by a side view that resembles an elongated rectangle, with three sides shaped like arcs pointing outward, while the fourth side resembles an arc pointing inward, and a mounting tab is located on it. The rear panel, viewed from the front, resembles an upwardly elongated quadrangle, with slightly curved sides pointing outward, and rounded corners. The upper portion of the rear panel has a recess that resembles a trapezoid in the front view, with the lower base shaped like a slightly curved trapezoid pointing outward. Directly below the recess is a bulge, characterized by a frontal view that resembles a trapezoid. The upper, longer base of the recess is also the lower base of the recess, and the sides are shaped like arcs pointing outward from the trapezoid, extending the sides of the recess. Below the bulge is an oval opening. The significant features of the industrial design include: - regarding the front panel: the distinctive, original shape of the mobile phone's front panel, particularly expressed in the shape of the panel body, the shape and arrangement of the openings for the display and keypad, the shape of the panel surface in its frontal view, the characteristic arrangement of edges around the display opening, and the placement of decorative openings in the upper part of the panel; - with regard to the keyboard: a characteristic keyboard layout, including two sets of keys with different number, size, shape and original arrangement; the original shape and appearance of all parts of the keyboard and the original shape of individual keys used in both the upper and lower sets of keys; - with regard to the central part: characteristic arc-shaped indentations and recesses in the shape of an ellipse cut in half; a characteristic arrangement of the power and charging sockets and characteristic indentations in top view; - with regard to the rear panel: the original shape of the panel, including in particular the shape of its edges in front and side views; the proportions of the panel's height and width; the shape of the panel in front view, including the original recess and bulge and the characteristic oval opening below the bulge.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8 PL
