Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kasety na nosniki danych, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia kasete na nosniki danych w widoku z przodu, fig.2- kasete w widoku z tylu, fig.3- kasete w widoku z boku, fig.4- kasete w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.5- kasete w widoku z góry, fig.6- kasete w widoku z dolu, fig.7- kasete w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z dolu i z boku, a fig.8- kasete w widoku perspek- tywicznym z tylu, z dolu i z boku.Kaseta na nosniki danych wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma w widoku z przodu i z tylu, za- rys prostokata, w którym jedno naroze jest lukowato sciete, przy czym w polu sciany tylnej kasety znajduje sie kilka wy- bran usytuowanych przy krawedzi górnej kasety, kazde majace zarys litery "U", oraz wybranie o zarysie prostokata polozone w poblizu krawedzi bocznej i dwa wybrania polozone przy kra- wedziach bocznych kasety. Jedno z bocznych wybran ma zarys prostokata, a drugie ma zarys pólowalu. Ponadto na scianie dolnej kasety znajduje sie wglebienie, majace w widoku z tylu i z przodu, zarys lukowaty, a w widoku z dolu zarys prostoka- ta . The data carrier cassette according to the decorative pattern is characterized in that it has, in the front and back view, a rectangular outline in which one corner is cut off in an arc, while in the field of the back wall of the cassette there are several recesses located at the upper edge of the cassette, each having the outline of the letter "U", and a recess in the outline of a rectangle located in near the side edge and two recesses located at the side edges of the cassette. One of the side recesses has a rectangular outline, and the other has a semi-oval outline.
