Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klawiatura telefonu komórkowego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac klawiatury telefonu komórkowego, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz w ksztalcie poszczególnych klawiszy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia klawiature w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - klawiature w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - klawiature w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - klawiature w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu. Klawiatura telefonu komórkowego wedlug wzoru, sklada sie z trzech polaczonych ze soba czesci: górnego zestawu trzech klawiszy, dolnego zestawu dwunastu klawiszy oraz podstawy, na której umieszczono dwa wyzej wymienione zestawy klawiszy. Klawiatura telefonu komórkowego wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zlozona jest z dwóch zestawów klawiszy, ulozonych jeden nad drugim, tak ze dolna krawedz górnego zestawu klawiszy jest równolegla do górnej krawedzi dolnego zestawu klawiszy. Górny zestaw klawiszy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry ma ksztalt figury zblizonej do trapezu, którego krótsza, dolna podstawa jest linia w ksztalcie luku zwróconego na zewnatrz trapezu. Lewy klawisz górnego zestawu, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry ma ksztalt nieregularnego czworokata, którego prawy bok ma ksztalt luku zwróconego do wnetrza tego prostokata. Srodkowy klawisz górnego zestawuklawiszy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry ma ksztalt czworokata, zblizonego do kwadratu, którego bok prawy i lewy, maja ksztalt luków zwróconych na zewnatrz tego czworokata. W centrum srodkowego klawisza znajduje sie wglebienie w ksztalcie owalu. Prawy klawisz górnego zestawu klawiszy, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry ma ksztalt nieregularnego czworokata, którego lewy bok ma ksztalt luku zwróconego do wnetrza tego czworokata. Dolny zestaw klawiszy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry ma ksztalt figury zblizonej do trapezu, którego górna, dluzsza podstawa jest linia w ksztalcie luku zwróconego do wnetrza trapezu. Zlozony jest on z trzech kolumn klawiszy. Klawisze umieszczone w kolumnach lewej i prawej charakteryzuja sie tym, ze w widoku z góry maja ksztalt zblizony do równolegloboków. Klawisze w lewej kolumnie charakteryzuja sie ponadto tym, ze kazdy z nich posiada wybrzuszenie w ksztalcie równolegloboku, którego prawy górny róg jest zaokraglony. Klawisze w prawej kolumnie charakteryzuja sie tym, ze kazdy z nich posiada wybrzuszenie w ksztalcie równolegloboku, którego lewy górny róg jest zaokraglony. Klawisze umieszczone w srodkowej kolumnie charakteryzuja sie tym, ze w widoku z góry maja ksztalt zblizony do prostokata. Klawisze w srodkowej kolumnie charakteryzuja sie ponadto tym, ze kazdy z nich posiada wybrzuszenie w ksztalcie prostokata, którego dolny bok ma ksztalt luku zwróconego na zewnatrz tego prostokata. Wielkosc klawiszy w dolnym zestawie stopniowo zmniejsza sie we wszystkich kolumnach w kierunku od góry ku dolowi. Podstawa klawiatury charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry ma ksztalt nieregularnej figury, zblizonej ksztaltem do trapezu, w której znajduja sie wglebienia na klawisze oraz dwa okragle otwory mocujace. W dolnej czesci podstawa zawiera wystep w ksztalcie prostokata o wielkosci zblizonej do wielkosci górnego klawisza w srodkowej kolumnie klawiatury. Do istotnych cech wzoru przemyslowego naleza : charakterystyczny uklad klawiatury, obejmujacy dwa zestawy klawiszy o róznej ilosci, wielkosci, ksztalcie i oryginalnym rozmieszczeniu ; oryginalny ksztalt i wyglad wszystkich trzech czesci klawiatury oraz oryginalny ksztalt poszczególnych klawiszy uzytych zarówno w górnym, jak tez w dolnym zestawie klawiszy.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a mobile phone keypad. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a mobile phone keypad, manifested in its shape and the shape of the individual keys. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the keypad from above, Fig. 2 - the keypad from the side, Fig. 3 - the keypad from the front, and Fig. 4 - the keypad from a perspective view from the front. The mobile phone keypad according to the design consists of three interconnected parts: an upper set of three keys, a lower set of twelve keys, and a base on which the two aforementioned sets of keys are placed. The mobile phone keypad according to the design is characterized in that it consists of two sets of keys, arranged one above the other, so that the lower edge of the upper set of keys is parallel to the upper edge of the lower set of keys. The upper set of keys is characterized by the fact that, when viewed from above, it has the shape of a figure similar to a trapezoid, whose shorter, lower base is a line in the shape of an arc pointing outward from the trapezoid. The left key of the upper set is characterized by the fact that, when viewed from above, it has the shape of an irregular quadrilateral, the right side of which has the shape of an arc pointing inward from the rectangle. The middle key of the upper set of keys is characterized by the fact that, when viewed from above, it has the shape of a quadrilateral, similar to a square, the right and left sides of which have the shape of arcs pointing outward from the quadrilateral. In the center of the middle key, there is an oval-shaped recess. The right key of the upper set of keys is characterized by the fact that, when viewed from above, it has the shape of an irregular quadrilateral, the left side of which has the shape of an arc pointing inward from the quadrilateral. The lower set of keys is characterized by a top-down trapezoid shape, with its upper, longer base being an arc-shaped line pointing inward toward the trapezoid. It is composed of three columns of keys. The keys in the left and right columns are characterized by a top-down parallelogram shape. The keys in the left column are also characterized by each having a parallelogram-shaped bulge with a rounded upper-right corner. The keys in the right column are characterized by each having a parallelogram-shaped bulge with a rounded upper-left corner. The keys in the middle column are characterized by a top-down rectangle shape. The keys in the center column are also characterized by each having a rectangular bulge, the lower side of which is shaped like an arc facing outward from the rectangle. The size of the keys in the lower set gradually decreases across all columns from top to bottom. The keyboard base is characterized by being shaped like an irregular trapezoid when viewed from above, containing key recesses and two circular mounting holes. At the bottom, the base contains a rectangular protrusion similar in size to the top key in the keyboard's center column. Significant features of the industrial design include: a distinctive keyboard layout, comprising two sets of keys with different numbers, sizes, shapes, and unique layouts; the original shape and appearance of all three parts of the keyboard and the original shape of the individual keys used in both the upper and lower set of keys.
