Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest telefon przenosny. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i wygladzie zewnetrznym telefonu przenosnego. Telefon przenosny przedstawiony jest w widoku perspektywicznym na zalaczonym rysunku zbiorczym - fig. 1 oraz na ilustracjach dodatkowych fig. 2 do fig. 8, gdzie fig. 2 przedstawia rysunek widoku strony czolowej telefonu, fig. 3 - widok telefonu od tylu, fig. 4 - widok telefonu z góry, fig. 5 - widok telefonu z dolu, fig. 6 widok telefonu z prawego boku, fig, 7 - widok telefonu z lewego boku, fig. 8 - widok strony czolowej telefonu uwidoczniony na kopii zdjecia telefonu przenosnego wedlug wzoru. Telefon przenosny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada na stronie czolowej, usytuowany w górnej czesci, otwór glosnika o eliptycznym, rozciagnietym poziomo ksztalcie. Ponizejglosnika znajduje sie panel wyswietlacza o prostokatnym zarysie ekranu, ponizej którego usytuowany jest centralnie wzgledem osi pionowej wielofunkcyjny przycisk sterujacy. Glosnik, wyswietlacz i wielofunkcyjny przycisk sterujacy otoczone sa eliptyczna w zasadzie lukowa krawedzia, wyodrebniajaca optycznie te czesc telefonu. Ponizej eliptycznego luku usytuowana jest klawiatura. Telefon przenosny ma dwa w przyblizeniu zbiezne na ksztalt trójkata przyciski umieszczone po lewej i prawej stronie przycisku sterowania wewnatrz eliptycznego luku. Przyciski na klawiaturze rozmieszczone sa w czterech lukowych rzedach, z których kazdy jest wygiety ku dolowi, przy czym dolny koniec obszaru klawiatury jest uksztaltowany eliptycznie. Dwa przyciski sterujace sa umieszczone na zewnatrz górnego eliptycznego luku, po jego lewej i prawej stronie powyzej klawiatury, przy czym ich dolne obrzeza sasiaduja z górnymi obrzezami skrajnych przycisków klawiatury. Na bocznych sciankach korpusu telefonu znajduja sie po obydwu stronach przyciski funkcyjne usytuowane na poziomie panelu wyswietlacza, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonych figurach 1 do 8. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa: dwa w przyblizeniu zbiezne na ksztalt trójkata przyciski umieszczone po lewej i prawej stronie przycisku sterowaniawewnatrz eliptycznego luku, rozmieszczenie przycisków na klawiaturze w czterech rzedach, z których kazdy jest wygiety lukowo ku dolowi, przy czym dolny koniec obszaru klawiatury jest uksztaltowany eliptycznie, a po obu stronach eliptycznego luku otaczajacego czesc strony czolowej z wyswietlaczem znajduja sie powyzej klawiatury po lewej i prawej stronie przyciski umieszczone pomiedzy eliptycznym lukiem i górnym obrzezem klawiatury. Na bocznych sciankach korpusu telefonu znajduja sie po obydwu stronach przyciski funkcyjne usytuowane na poziomie panelu wyswietlacza, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonych figurach 1 do 8. The essence of the industrial design is manifest in the shape and external appearance of the portable telephone. The portable telephone is shown in a perspective view in the attached collective drawing - Fig. 1 and in additional illustrations Figs. 2 to Fig. 8, where Fig. 2 shows a drawing of the front view of the telephone, Fig. 3 - a view of the telephone from the back, Fig. 4 - a view of the telephone from the top, Fig. 5 - a view of the telephone from the bottom, Fig. 6 - a view of the telephone from the right side, Fig. 7 - a view of the telephone from the left side, Fig. 8 - a view of the front side of the telephone, shown in a copy of a photograph of the portable telephone according to the design. The portable telephone according to the industrial design has an elliptical, horizontally stretched loudspeaker opening on the front, located in the upper part. Below the speaker is a display panel with a rectangular screen outline, below which a multi-function control button is centrally located along the vertical axis. The speaker, display, and multi-function control button are surrounded by an elliptical, essentially arc-shaped edge, visually distinguishing this part of the phone. Below the elliptical arc is the keypad. The portable phone has two roughly converging triangular buttons, located to the left and right of the control button within the elliptical arc. The keypad buttons are arranged in four arc-shaped rows, each curved downward, with the lower end of the keypad area being elliptically shaped. Two control buttons are located outside the upper elliptical arc, to the left and right above the keypad, with their lower edges adjacent to the upper edges of the outermost keypad buttons. On the side walls of the telephone body there are function buttons on both sides situated at the level of the display panel, as shown in the attached figures 1 to 8. The essential features of the industrial design are: two approximately converging triangular buttons placed to the left and right of the control button inside an elliptical arc, the arrangement of the buttons on the keyboard in four rows, each of which is bent downwards in an arc, the lower end of the keyboard area being elliptically shaped, and on both sides of the elliptical arc surrounding the part of the front side with the display there are buttons above the keyboard on the left and right, placed between the elliptical arc and the upper rim of the keyboard. On the side walls of the telephone body there are function buttons on both sides located at the level of the display panel, as shown in the attached figures 1 to 8.
