Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zmywarka do naczyn. Zmywarka do naczyn wedlug wzoru przemyslowego odróznia sie od znanych tego typu zmywarek nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postacia i oryginalnoscia, przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, ksztaltu, barwy i konturów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach (fig. 1 do fig. 3) i na fotografiach (fig. 4 do fig. 13) majacych na celu lepsze zobrazowanie wzoru, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia zmywarke do naczyn w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 2 - górna czesc zmywarki do naczyn z uchylonymi drzwiami w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i z góry, fig. 3 - zmywarke do naczyn w widoku z boku, fig. 4. - zmywarke do naczyn w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 5 - górna czesc zmywarki do naczyn w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i z góry, fig. 6 - górna czesc zmywarki do naczyn z uchylonymi drzwiami w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i z góry, fig. 7 - zmywarke do naczyn w widoku zprzodu, fig. 8 - zmywarke do naczyn w widoku z boku, fig. 9 - zmywarke do naczyn w widoku z drugiego boku, fig. 10 - zmywarke do naczyn w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu i od dolu, fig. 11 - zmywarke do naczyn w widoku z tylu, fig. 12 - zmywarke do naczyn w widoku z góry, a fig. 13 - zmywarke do naczyn w widoku od dolu. Zmywarka do naczyn ma obudowe o ksztalcie w przyblizeniu prostopadlosciennym, przy czym górna powierzchnie stanowi w przyblizeniu w widoku z góry kwadratowy, majacy lekko wypukla przednia krawedz, blat otoczony waskim obramowaniem. Z przodu zmywarki znajduja sie prostokatne drzwi, odchylne wokól poziomej osi usytuowanej przy ich dolnej krawedzi, których górny brzeg przykryty jest, w stanie zamknietym, przednia czescia blatu, a dolny brzeg drzwi znajduje sie na pewnej wysokosci ponad dolna krawedzia zmywarki. Powierzchnia przednia zmywarki pomiedzy dolna krawedzia drzwi i dolna krawedzia zmywarki jest zakryta dolna oslona przednia, której górna krawedz w przyblizeniu, z widoczna niewielka szczelina, pokrywa sie z linia dolnej krawedzi drzwi, zas dolna krawedz jest cofnieta w glab, tak ze dolna oslona przednia jest, idac do dolu, pochylona ku tylowi. Na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwi zmywarki, wzdluz ich górnego brzegu, przebiega wystajacy ponad te powierzchnie ku przodowi, wypukly pas, którego górny brzeg pokrywa sie z górnym brzegiem drzwi, a jego dolny brzeg jest równolegly do górnego.Ponizej górnego, wypuklego pasa na powierzchni drzwi znajduje sie reczny uchwyt majacy w przyblizeniu ksztalt splaszczonego preta, który w poblizu swoich konców zamocowany jest na stosunkowo szerokich wspornikach wystajacych z powierzchni drzwi i przebiega w widoku z przodu równolegle do krawedzi wypuklego pasa, a w widoku z góry ma ksztalt wypuklego na zewnatrz luku o duzym promieniu. Na w zasadzie plaskiej powierzchni kazdego z dwu boków zmywarki, w poblizu obu górnych i obu dolnych narozy wykonane sa po dwa równolegle, pionowe, rowkowe wytloczenia, zas dolna krawedz kazdej bocznej powierzchni obudowy zmywarki przebiega w przyblizeniu na tej samej wysokosci jak dolna krawedz drzwi i jest takze, podobnie jak dolna krawedz drzwi, oddzielona od dolnego brzegu zmywarki waska dolna oslona boczna, która stanowi niejako przedluzenie dolnej oslony przedniej i konczy sie w pewnej odleglosci od tylnej krawedzi boku zmywarki, nie dochodzac do niej. W dolnym przednim narozu kazdej bocznej scianki znajduje sie prostokatne wyciecie, które w widoku z boku wypelnione jest przez odpowiedni prostokatny pas ciagnacy sie od dolnej krawedzi dolnej oslony bocznej. Posrodku górnego wypuklego pasa powierzchni drzwiowej znajduje sie prostokatne, podluzne pole wskaznikowe, zas na powierzchni górnej drzwi, widocznej po ich uchyleniu, znajduje sie w poblizu, patrzac od przodu, prawego konca podluzne, prostokatne pole sterowniczo-wskaznikowe zawierajace znaki graficzne.Z tylu zmywarki, u jej dolu, znajduje sie majaca po bokach uzebrowanie plytka, otwarta od tylu i od dolu zmywarki, wneka, na której powierzchni zamontowane sa elementy przylaczeniowe, w tym usytuowany z boku, w dodatkowej glebszej wnece, króciec rurowy. W zasadzie cala pozostala czesc tylnej strony zmywarki zakrywa ciemna powierzchnia okolona z trzech stron jasniejszymi, w kolorze obudowy, waskimi powierzchniami. Spód zmywarki zajmuje w zasadzie plaska powierzchnia z usytuowanymi na niej krzyzujacymi sie, niskimi zebrami, po bokach której znajduja sie, okalajace ja, wneki. W poblizu narozy spodniej powierzchni zmywarki usytuowane sa niskie okragle nózki, przy czym nózki tylnej pary sa symetrycznie nieco oddalone od narozy w kierunku osi srodkowej spodu zmywarki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze zmywarka do naczyn ma obudowe o ksztalcie w. przyblizeniu prostopadlosciennym, przy czym górna powierzchnie stanowi w przyblizeniu w widoku z góry kwadratowy, majacy lekko wypukla przednia krawedz, blat otoczony waskim obramowaniem, a z przodu zmywarki znajduja sie prostokatne drzwi, odchylne wokól poziomej osi usytuowanej przy ich dolnej krawedzi, których górny brzeg przykryty jest, w stanie zamknietym, przednia czescia blatu, a dolny brzeg drzwi znajduje sie na pewnej wysokosci ponad dolna krawedzia zmywarki. Powierzchnia przednia zmywarki pomiedzy dolna krawedzia drzwi i dolna krawedzia zmywarki jest zakryta dolna oslona przednia, której górna krawedz w przyblizeniu, z widoczna niewielkaszczelina, pokrywa sie z linia dolnej krawedzi drzwi, zas dolna krawedz jest cofnieta w glab, tak ze dolna oslona przednia jest, idac do dolu, pochylona ku tylowi. Na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwi zmywarki, wzdluz ich górnego brzegu, przebiega wystajacy ponad te powierzchnie ku przodowi, wypukly pas, którego górny brzeg pokrywa sie z górnym brzegiem drzwi, a jego dolny brzeg jest równolegly do górnego. Ponizej górnego, wypuklego pasa na powierzchni drzwi znajduje sie reczny uchwyt majacy w przyblizeniu ksztalt splaszczonego preta, który w poblizu swoich konców zamocowany jest na stosunkowo szerokich wspornikach wystajacych z powierzchni drzwi i przebiega w widoku z przodu równolegle do krawedzi wypuklego pasa, a w widoku z góry ma ksztalt wypuklego na zewnatrz luku o duzym promieniu. Na w zasadzie plaskiej powierzchni kazdego z dwu boków zmywarki, w poblizu obu górnych i obu dolnych narozy wykonane sa po dwa równolegle, pionowe rowkowe wytloczenia, zas dolna krawedz kazdej bocznej powierzchni obudowy zmywarki przebiega w przyblizeniu na tej samej wysokosci jak dolna krawedz drzwi i jest takze, podobnie jak dolna krawedz drzwi, oddzielona od dolnego brzegu zmywarki waska dolna oslona boczna, która stanowi niejako przedluzenie dolnej oslony przedniej i konczy sie w pewnej odleglosci od tylnej krawedzi boku zmywarki, nie dochodzac do niej. W dolnym przednim narozu kazdej bocznej scianki znajduje sie prostokatne wyciecie, które w widoku z boku wypelnione jest przez odpowiedni prostokatny pas ciagnacy sie od dolnej krawedzi dolnej oslony bocznej. Posrodku górnego wypuklego pasapowierzchni drzwiowej znajduje sie prostokatne, podluzne pole wskaznikowe, zas na powierzchni górnej drzwi, widocznej po ich uchyleniu, znajduje sie w poblizu patrzac od przodu prawego konca podluzne, prostokatne pole sterowniczo-wskaznikowe zawierajace znaki graficzne. Z tylu zmywarki u jej dolu znajduje sie majaca po bokach uzebrowanie plytka, otwarta od tylu i od dolu zmywarki, wneka, na której powierzchni zamontowane sa elementy przylaczeniowe/ w tym usytuowany z boku, w dodatkowej glebszej wnece, króciec rurowy. W zasadzie cala pozostala czesc tylnej strony zmywarki zakrywa ciemna powierzchnia okolona z trzech stron jasniejszymi, w kolorze obudowy, waskimi powierzchniami. Spód zmywarki zajmuje w zasadzie plaska powierzchnia z usytuowanymi na niej krzyzujacymi sie, niskimi zebrami, po bokach której znajduja sie, okalajace ja, wneki. W poblizu narozy spodniej powierzchni zmywarki usytuowane sa niskie okragle nózki, przy czym nózki tylnej pary sa symetrycznie nieco oddalone od narozy w kierunku osi srodkowej spodu zmywarki, jak to pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1 do fig. 3 i fotografiach fig. 4 do fig. 13.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 4Fig. 6Fig. 8 Fig. 9Fig. 11 Fig. 12 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a dishwasher. The dishwasher, as represented by the industrial design, is distinguished from known dishwashers of this type by its new and individual form and originality, manifested in the characteristics of its lines, shape, color, and contours. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings (fig. 1 to fig. 3) and photographs (fig. 4 to fig. 13) intended to better illustrate the design, wherein fig. 1 shows a dishwasher in a front perspective view, fig. 2 - the upper part of the dishwasher with the door ajar in a perspective view from the front and from above, fig. 3 - a dishwasher in a side view, fig. 4. - a dishwasher in a front perspective view, fig. 5 - the upper part of the dishwasher in a perspective view from the front and from above, fig. 6 - the upper part of the dishwasher with the door ajar in a perspective view from the front and from above, fig. 7 - a dishwasher in a front view, fig. 8 - a dishwasher in a side view, fig. 9 - a dishwasher in a view from the other side, Fig. 10 - a perspective view of the dishwasher from the rear and below, Fig. 11 - a rear view of the dishwasher, Fig. 12 - a top view of the dishwasher, and Fig. 13 - a bottom view of the dishwasher. The dishwasher has a housing of an approximately cuboid shape, the upper surface of which, in a top view, is an approximately square worktop with a slightly convex front edge surrounded by a narrow frame. At the front of the dishwasher is a rectangular door, hinged about a horizontal axis situated at its lower edge, the upper edge of which is covered, when closed, by the front part of the worktop, and the lower edge of the door is located at a certain height above the lower edge of the dishwasher. The front surface of the dishwasher between the lower edge of the door and the lower edge of the dishwasher is covered by a lower front cover, the upper edge of which approximately, with a small visible gap, coincides with the line of the lower edge of the door, while the lower edge is recessed inwards so that the lower front cover is, going downwards, inclined towards the rear. On the outer surface of the dishwasher door, along its upper edge, there runs a convex band projecting forward above this surface, the upper edge of which is the same as the upper edge of the door, and its lower edge is parallel to the upper edge. Below the upper convex band on the door surface, there is a hand grip in the shape of a flattened rod, which, near its ends, is mounted on relatively wide brackets projecting from the door surface and, in a front view, runs parallel to the edge of the convex band, and in a top view, has the shape of an outwardly convex arc with a large radius. On the essentially flat surface of each of the dishwasher's two sides, near both upper and lower corners, two parallel, vertical, grooved embossments are formed. The lower edge of each side surface of the dishwasher housing runs at approximately the same height as the lower edge of the door. Like the lower edge of the door, it is also separated from the lower edge of the dishwasher by a narrow lower side panel, which acts as an extension of the lower front panel and ends some distance from, but does not reach, the rear edge of the dishwasher side. In the lower front corner of each side panel, there is a rectangular cutout, which, in a side view, is filled by a corresponding rectangular band extending from the lower edge of the lower side panel. In the center of the upper, convex band of the door surface is a rectangular, elongated indicator field, while on the upper surface of the door, visible when the door is ajar, near the right end (as viewed from the front), is an elongated, rectangular control and indicator field containing graphic symbols. At the bottom of the rear of the dishwasher, at its base, is a ribbed plate with ribs on the sides, open at the rear and bottom of the dishwasher, a recess on which the connection elements are mounted, including a pipe connector located on the side, in an additional, deeper recess. Essentially, the entire remaining rear of the dishwasher is covered by a dark surface, surrounded on three sides by lighter, narrow surfaces, matching the color of the cabinet. The bottom of the dishwasher is essentially a flat surface with intersecting, low ribs, flanked by recesses surrounding it. Low, round legs are located near the corners of the dishwasher's bottom surface, with the legs of the rear pair symmetrically spaced slightly from the corners towards the central axis of the dishwasher's bottom. The essential features of the industrial design are that the dishwasher has a housing in an approximately cuboid shape, the upper surface of which, when viewed from above, is approximately square, with a slightly convex front edge, a worktop surrounded by a narrow frame, and at the front of the dishwasher is a rectangular door, hinged about a horizontal axis situated at its lower edge, the upper edge of which is covered, when closed, by the front of the worktop, and the lower edge of the door is located at a certain height above the lower edge of the dishwasher. The front surface of the dishwasher, between the lower edge of the door and the lower edge of the dishwasher, is covered by a lower front cover, the upper edge of which approximately aligns with the lower edge of the door, with a small visible gap, while the lower edge is recessed so that the lower front cover slopes downward. On the outer surface of the dishwasher door, along its upper edge, a convex strip runs forward and beyond this surface, its upper edge aligns with the upper edge of the door, and its lower edge is parallel to the upper edge. Below the upper, convex strip on the door surface there is a hand grip in the shape of a flattened rod, which is mounted near its ends on relatively wide brackets protruding from the door surface and runs parallel to the edge of the convex strip in a front view and has the shape of an outwardly convex arc of large radius in a top view. On the essentially flat surface of each of the two sides of the dishwasher, near both upper and lower corners, two parallel, vertical grooved embossings are made. Essentially, the entire remaining rear of the dishwasher is covered by a dark surface, surrounded on three sides by lighter, narrow surfaces, matching the color of the cabinet. The bottom of the dishwasher is essentially a flat surface with intersecting, low ribs, flanked by recesses surrounding it. Near the corners of the bottom surface of the dishwasher there are low round legs, with the legs of the rear pair being symmetrically slightly spaced from the corners towards the central axis of the bottom of the dishwasher, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 and photographs Fig. 4 to Fig. 13.
