W odniesieniu do znanych zmywarek tego rodzaju, zmywarka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i ukladzie linii na powierzchni. W zmywarce do uzytku w gospodarstwie domowym do zabudowy, ze wzgledu na jej przeznaczenie, prawie cale urzadzenie pozostaje niewidoczne dla uzytkownika, dlatego wzgledy estetyczne graja role w zasadzie tylko przy projektowaniu elementów sciany przedniej, której co najmniej wieksza powierzchnie zajmuja drzwi, otwierane obrotowo ku przodowi wokól osi poziomej usytuowanej u dolu urzadzenia, i na której znajduja sie elementy sterujaco- obslugowe. Zmywarka posiada prostopadloscienny korpus, z przedniej strony ograniczony drzwiami, które zajmuja cala przednia powierzchnie zmywarki. Korpus zmywarki ma postac prostopadloscianu, u dolu osadzonego na równiez prostopadlosciennym cokole o mniejszym zarysie, przy czym cokól na bokach zmywarki ma zarys tylko nieco mniejszy od korpusu a z przodu i z tylu ta róznica wymiarów jest wieksza. Drzwi zmywarki posiadaja plaska plyte wierzchnia, na dole rozpoczynajaca sie powyzej powierzchni podstawy korpusu, a od góry zakonczone sa waskim poziomym panelem sterujaco-obslugowym w innym kolorze. W widoku z boku, drzwi stanowia przedluzenie korpusu zmywarki, przy czym panel sterujaco-obslugowy jest znacznie grubszy od plyty wierzchniej i jest wzgledem plyty wierzchniej usytuowany tak, ze swoja krawedzia przednia wystaje bardzo nieznacznie przed krawedz plyty wierzchniej. Dalej w widoku z boku, korpus zmywarki posiada od dolu z przodu prostokatne podciecie utworzone przez cokól, przy czym dolny koniec plyty wierzchniej drzwi przedluzony jest w dól poza krawedz tego pociecia tak, ze czesciowo przyslania z przodu to podciecie. W panelu sterujaco-obslugowym, na przedniej scianie, na jego srodku i w dolnej czesci znajduje sie uchwyt w postaci poziomo usytuowanego, prostokatnego w zarysie wglebienia, ograniczonego ramka, waska po bokach i u dolu, a u góry o znacznej szerokosci. Dolna scianka wglebienie skierowana jest ukosnie ku górze. Po prawej stronie uchwytu, i powyzej niego, znajduje sie poziome, waskieprostokatne pole wskaznikowe w kontrastowym kolorze. Na górnej sciance panelu znajduja sie elementy sterujaco- obslugowe. Patrzac od srodka, po prawej stronie znajduja sie w rzedzie: przyciski okragle, niewielkie prostokatne pole w kontrastowym kolorze, i za nim dalsze przyciski okragle, z czego jeden w innym kolorze. Po lewej stronie znajduje sie w tej sciance jeden okragly przycisk, jak to zostalo uwidocznione na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografiach, fig. 1 - 4 i fig. 9. Dalej, korpus zmywarki ograniczony jest z kazdego boku plaska, prostokatna plyta boczna nie siegajaca powierzchni podstawy korpusu i posiadajaca w dolnym przednim rogu prostokatne wyciecie, od tylu ograniczony jest sciana tylna w postaci plyty z plytkimi przetloczeniami usytuowanej nad tylna scianka cokolu zaopatrzona w liczne nierównosci i przegrody oraz sciana górna, na której widoczne sa cztery elementy narozne o nieregularnym ksztalcie i waski element w ksztalcie pasa przebiegajacy pomiedzy krawedziami bocznymi w tylnej czesci sciany, a takze sciana dolna - podstawa - majaca postac plyty z licznymi plaskimi przetloczeniami i uzebrowaniami zaopatrzonej w nózki w postaci okraglych zarysów, dwa w przednich rogach i trzeci na srodku z tylu, jak to zostalo uwidocznione na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografiach, fig. 1 do fig. 9. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze zmywarka posiada prostopadloscienny korpus, z przedniej strony ograniczony drzwiami, które zajmuja cala przednia powierzchnie zmywarki. Korpus zmywarki ma postac prostopadloscianu, u dolu osadzonego na równiez prostopadlosciennym cokole o mniejszym zarysie, przy czym cokól na bokach zmywarki ma zarys tylko nieco mniejszy od korpusu a z przodu i z tylu ta róznica wymiarów jest wieksza. Drzwi zmywarki posiadaja plaska plyte wierzchnia, na dole rozpoczynajaca sie powyzej powierzchni podstawykorpusu, a od góry zakonczone sa waskim poziomym panelem sterujaco-obslugowym w innym kolorze. W widoku z boku, drzwi stanowia przedluzenie korpusu zmywarki, przy czym panel sterujaco-obslugowy jest znacznie grubszy od plyty wierzchniej i jest wzgledem plyty wierzchniej usytuowany tak, ze swoja krawedzia przednia wystaje bardzo nieznacznie przed krawedz plyty wierzchniej. Dalej w widoku z boku, korpus zmywarki posiada od dolu z przodu prostokatne podciecie utworzone przez cokól, przy czym dolny koniec plyty wierzchniej drzwi przedluzony jest w dól poza krawedz tego pociecia tak, ze czesciowo przyslania z przodu to podciecie. W panelu sterujaco-obslugowym, na przedniej scianie, na jego srodku i w dolnej czesci znajduje sie uchwyt w postaci poziomo usytuowanego, prostokatnego w zarysie wglebienia, ograniczonego ramka, waska po bokach i u dolu, a u góry o znacznej szerokosci. Dolna scianka wglebienie skierowana jest ukosnie ku górze. Po prawej stronie uchwytu, i powyzej niego, znajduje sie poziome, waskie prostokatne pole wskaznikowe w kontrastowym kolorze. Na górnej sciance panelu znajduja sie elementy sterujaco- obslugowe. Patrzac od srodka, po prawej stronie znajduja sie w rzedzie: przyciski okragle, niewielkie prostokatne pole w kontrastowym kolorze, i za nim dalsze przyciski okragle, z czego jeden w innym kolorze. Po lewej stronie znajduje sie w tej sciance jeden okragly przycisk. Compared to known dishwashers of this type, the dishwasher based on the industrial design is distinguished by its new form, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of lines on the surface. In a built-in dishwasher for household use, due to its intended use, almost the entire appliance remains invisible to the user. Therefore, aesthetic considerations play a role primarily only in the design of the front panel elements, which are occupied by at least the majority of the door, which pivots forward and opens around a horizontal axis located at the bottom of the appliance and houses the control and operating elements. A dishwasher according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and photographs, Fig. 1 to Fig. 9, in which Fig. 1 shows the dishwasher in a front perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the upper front portion of the dishwasher in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the dishwasher in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the dishwasher in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the dishwasher in a side view, Fig. 6 shows the dishwasher in a bottom perspective view, Fig. 7 shows the dishwasher in a rear view, Fig. 8 shows the dishwasher in a top view, and Fig. 9 shows the dishwasher in a bottom view. The dishwasher has a rectangular body, limited on the front side by a door that occupies the entire front surface of the dishwasher. The dishwasher's body is a cuboid, set at the bottom on an equally cuboid base with a smaller outline. The base on the sides of the dishwasher is only slightly smaller than the body, while the difference in dimensions is greater at the front and rear. The dishwasher door has a flat top panel, starting at the bottom above the base of the body and ending at the top with a narrow, horizontal control and operating panel in a different color. From a side view, the door is an extension of the dishwasher's body, with the control and operating panel being significantly thicker than the top panel and positioned relative to the top panel so that its front edge protrudes very slightly beyond the edge of the top panel. Further, in a side view, the dishwasher body has a rectangular undercut at the bottom front, formed by the plinth. The lower end of the door top panel extends downward beyond the edge of this undercut, partially obscuring the front view. The control and operating panel, on the front wall, in its center, and at the bottom, features a handle in the form of a horizontally oriented, rectangular recess, bordered by a frame, narrow at the sides and bottom, but considerably wide at the top. The lower wall of the recess angles upward. To the right of the handle and above it is a horizontal, narrow, rectangular indicator field in a contrasting color. The control and operating elements are located on the top wall of the panel. Looking from the center, on the right side there is a row of round buttons, a small rectangular box in a contrasting color, and behind it, further round buttons, one of which is in a different color. On the left side there is one round button in this wall, as shown in the attached drawing and photographs, fig. 1 - 4 and fig. 9. Further, the dishwasher body is limited on each side by a flat, rectangular side panel that does not reach the surface of the body base and has a rectangular cutout in the lower front corner, from the back it is limited by a rear wall in the form of a panel with shallow embossing located above the rear wall of the plinth provided with numerous irregularities and partitions, and an upper wall on which four corner elements of irregular shape and a narrow element in the shape of a strip running between the side edges in the rear part of the wall are visible, as well as a lower wall - the base - in the form of a panel with numerous flat embossings and ribs provided with legs in the form of circular outlines, two in the front corners and the third in the center at the back, as shown in the attached drawing and photographs, Fig. 1 to Fig. 9. The essential features of the industrial design are manifest in the fact that the dishwasher has a cuboid body, bounded at the front by a door that occupies the entire front surface of the dishwasher. The control and operating panel, on its front wall, in its center, and at its bottom, features a handle in the form of a horizontally positioned, rectangular recess, bordered by a frame that is narrow at the sides and bottom, and considerably wide at the top. The lower wall of the recess is angled upward. To the right of the handle and above it is a horizontal, narrow rectangular indicator panel in a contrasting color. The upper panel wall houses the control and operating elements. Viewed from the center, the right side comprises a row of circular buttons, a small rectangular panel in a contrasting color, and behind it, further circular buttons, one of which is in a different color. On the left side, this wall contains a single circular button. Further, the dishwasher body is limited on each side by a flat, rectangular side panel which does not reach the surface of the body base and has a rectangular cut-out in the lower front corner, and from the rear it is limited by a rear wall in the form of a panel with shallow embossing situated above the rear wall of the plinth provided with numerous irregularities and partitions, and by an upper wall on which there are visible four corner elements of irregular shape and a narrow element in the form of a belt running between the side edges in the rear part of the wall, and also by a lower wall - the base - in the form of a panel with numerous flat embossings and ribs provided with legs in the form of round outlines, two in the front corners and the third in the middle at the back, as shown in the attached drawing and photographs, fig. 1 to fig. 9.
