Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dzbanek z rekojescia. Nowa postac wzoru wystepuje w ksztalcie dzbanka oraz w ksztalcie rekojesci. Dzbanek wedlug wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek dzbanka wraz z rekojescia, w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - fotografie dzbanka wraz z rekojescia, w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - ten sam dzbanek w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - ten sam dzbanek w widoku z tylu, fig. 5 - ten sam dzbanek w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 6 - ten sam dzbanek w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig. 7 - ten sam dzbanek w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, a fig. 8 - ten sam dzbanek w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Dzbanek przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 8 sklada sie z przezroczystego pojemnika, polaczonego z rekojescia w ksztalcie dwóch luków o róznym promieniu krzywizny. Promien krzywizny górnej czesci rekojesci jest przy tym nieco mniejszy od promienia krzywizny jej dolnej czesci. Górna czesc rekojesci jest polaczona z pojemnikiem dzbanka za pomoca przezroczystej obejmy, zas dolna czesc - za pomoca przezroczystejnakladki. Rekojesc jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego o ciemnej barwie. W przedniej czesci dzbanka znajduje sie jego czesc wylewowa w postaci trójkatnego wystepu, majacego w widoku z boku ksztalt lekko wkleslego luku. Pojemnik dzbanka ma ksztalt stozka scietego o podstawie elipsy o stosunku osi wynoszacym od 0,8 do 1, o niewielkiej zbieznosci w kierunku do dolu, zas jego czesc wylewowa ma w widoku z góry ksztalt trójkata, zas w widoku z boku ksztalt wypuklego luku o niewielkiej krzywiznie. Natomiast rekojesc dzbanka ma zewnetrzny obrys zlozony z dwóch luków: górnego - o bardzo duzym promieniu i przecinajacego sie z nim dolnego - o mniejszym promieniu, przy czym po stronie wewnetrznej jest zaopatrzona w zgrubienie do chwycenia dlonia.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4Fig. 5Fig. 6Fig. 7Fig. 8 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a jug with a handle. The new design appears in the shape of a jug and in the shape of a handle. The jug according to the design is shown in the attached drawing and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of the jug with the handle, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the jug with the handle, Fig. 3 shows the same jug from the front, Fig. 4 shows the same jug from the back, Fig. 5 shows the same jug in a front perspective view, Fig. 6 shows the same jug in a side perspective view, Fig. 7 shows the same jug in a top perspective view, and Fig. 8 shows the same jug in a bottom perspective view. Essential features of an industrial design. The jug shown in Figures 1 to 8 consists of a transparent container connected to a handle in the form of two arcs with different radii of curvature. The radius of curvature of the upper part of the handle is slightly smaller than that of the lower part. The upper part of the handle is connected to the jug's container by a transparent clamp, while the lower part is connected by a transparent cover. The handle is made of dark plastic. The front of the jug has a pouring portion in the form of a triangular protrusion, which, when viewed from the side, resembles a slightly concave arc. The jug's container has the shape of a truncated cone with an ellipse-based axis ratio of 0.8 to 1, with a slight downward taper. Its pouring portion has a triangular shape in top view and a slightly curved convex arc in side view. The jug's handle has an external outline composed of two arcs: an upper one with a very large radius and an intersecting lower one with a smaller radius.
