Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac pojem- nika przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy wystepuje w jednej odmianie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na ry- sunku zbiorczym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w wi- doku z dolu, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, z otwarta pokrywa zamkniecia, fig. 3 - pojemnik w per- spektywicznym widoku z boku i góry, fig. 4 - pojemnik w wido- ku z boku, fig. 5 - pojemnik w widoku z tylu. Cecha istotna pojemnika jest jego ksztalt. Pojemnik ma kulisty korpus, zaopatrzony w cztery symetrycznie rozmiesz- czone wypukle podstawy w ksztalcie kropli o kolowym obrysie w widoku od dolu, przy czym korpus i podstawy stanowia jedna calosc. U góry korpusu pojemnika znajduje sie zamkniecie w ksztalcie pólkuli skladajace sie z pierscieniowego elementu stalego i uchylnej pokrywki. Wewnatrz zamkniecia znajduje sie koncówka wylotowa w ksztalcie zblizonym do scietego stozka. The industrial design represents a new and original form of the container, manifested in its shape. The industrial design exists in one variation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the collective drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from below; Fig. 2 shows the container in a perspective view from the back, with the closure lid open; Fig. 3 shows the container in a perspective view from the side and top; Fig. 4 shows the container in a side view; Fig. 5 shows the container in a back view. A significant feature of the container is its shape. The container has a spherical body, provided with four symmetrically arranged, convex, drop-shaped bases with a circular outline when viewed from below, with the body and bases forming a single unit. At the top of the container body is a hemispherical closure consisting of an annular fixed element and a hinged lid. Inside the closure is a discharge nozzle shaped like a truncated cone.
