Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania octów, barszczy oraz podobnych substancji spozywczych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa jego postac, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii elementów butelki. Wzór uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig.l przedstawia widok czolowy butelki, fig.2 widok z dolu a fig.3 widok izometryczny. Butelka wedlug wzoru ma korpus w postaci bryly cylindrycznej siegajacej do okolo 2/3 wysokosci calkowitej butelki. Na górze cylinder ten przechodzi w czesc sferyczna, a nastepnie, za pomoca malego promienia zewnetrznego w szyjke zmniejszajac srednice o okolo polowe. Szyjke stanowi element o lukowym zarysie krawedzi, majacy najwieksza srednice w 1/3 swojej wysokosci; szyjka zakonczona jest glówka z dolnym pierscieniem o zarysie stozka scietego.Dolna czesc cylindra lagodnym lukiem zweza sie ku dolowi, a nastepnie malym promieniem przechodzi w dno. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle made of plastic, intended for packaging vinegars, borschts, and similar foodstuffs. The essence of the design is its new form, manifested in the shape and line arrangement of the bottle's elements. The design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a frontal view of the bottle, Fig. 2 a bottom view, and Fig. 3 an isometric view. The bottle, according to the design, has a cylindrical body extending to approximately two-thirds of the total height of the bottle. At the top, this cylinder transitions into a spherical section, and then, by means of a small external radius, into a neck, reducing the diameter by approximately half. The neck is an element with an arc-shaped edge, having its largest diameter at one-third of its height; The neck ends with a head with a lower ring in the shape of a truncated cone. The lower part of the cylinder tapers downwards in a gentle arc, and then merges with the bottom with a small radius.
