Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do napojów, zwlaszcza alkoholowych. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, stanowiacego butelke, przejawiajaca sie stylizowanym ksztaltem zawierajacym charakterystyczny ksztalt górnej czesci stanowiacej szyjke oraz dolnej czesci posiadajacej stozkowy zarys dna i przezroczystoscia powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego moze byc odtwarzany dowolna technika z zachowaniem wlasciwosci charakterystycznych stanowiacych istote butelki. The essence of the novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the new form of the bottle, manifested by a stylized shape with a characteristic upper section (the neck) and a lower section (the conical bottom), and a transparent surface. The subject of the industrial design may be reproduced using any technique while retaining the characteristic properties that constitute the essence of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design, forming a bottle, is shown by zoSt&J in the attached illustrative material, containing in Fig. 1 - a frontal view of the bottle showing its symmetrical cylindrical outline of the body part and the conical outline of its upper part passing into the neck having in the lower part a protruding circumferential band, and above it an extended outline with a radial lateral outline and a rounded outline terminating in the upper part in a cylindrical outline with an external thread, and a lower part, constituting the bottom, having a characteristic rim band containing on the lower surface a circumferential row of grooves with an arc outline and a bottom with an internal truncated cone outline; in Fig. 2 - a frontal-oblique view of the bottom showing the outline of the rim band containing a circumferential row of grooves and the outline of the bottom in the shape of a truncated cone. The bottle, according to the industrial design, made of glass, ceramics or plastic, shown in the illustration, has significant features manifested in the fact that it has a symmetrical cylindrical outline of the body part and a conical outline of its upper part passing into the neck having in (Jofai's part) a protruding circumferential band, and above it a widened outline with a radial lateral outline and a rounded outline ending in the upper part with a cylindrical outline with an external thread, and a lower part, constituting the bottom, having a characteristic rim band containing on the lower surface a circumferential row of grooves with an arc-shaped outline and a bottom with an internal truncated cone outline.
