Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do napojów, zwlaszcza alkoholowych. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, stanowiacego butelke, przejawiajaca sie stylizowanym ksztaltem zawierajacym charakterystyczny ksztalt czesci górnej i dolnej oraz czesci stanowiacej szyjke i przezroczystoscia powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego moze byc odtwarzany dowolna technika z zachowaniem wlasciwosci charakterystycznych stanowiacych istote butelki. The essence of the novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the new form of the bottle, manifested by a stylized shape with a distinctive upper and lower section, a neck section, and a transparent surface. The industrial design can be reproduced using any technique while retaining the bottle's characteristic properties. The industrial design, consisting of a bottle, is illustrated in the attached illustration, which includes: Fig. 1 - a frontal and side view of the first side of the bottle, showing its symmetrical outline, a stylized cuboid with a rounded body, with extensions in the upper and lower sections in the form of stylized circumferential bands, and a conical, elongated neck; in fig. 2 - a half-side view of the upper part of the first side of the bottle showing a conical elongated outline of the neck having a convex ring in the lower part and an upper extension in the form of a circumferential strip having radial edges and containing in the lower part of the lateral surface an element in the shape of a stylized seal; in fig. 3 - a frontal-side view of the second side of the bottle showing its symmetrical outline of a part in the form of a stylized cuboid with an oval-shaped body having in the upper and lower parts extensions in the form of stylized circumferential strips which constitute an extension of the strips from the first central-lateral side of the bottle; in fig. 4 - frontal-side view of the upper part of the bottle showing the upper extension with the outline of a circumferential strip arranged symmetrically with diagonal edges, having radial edges and containing in the central part an element in the shape of a stylized seal. The bottle, according to the industrial design, made of glass, ceramics or plastic, shown in the illustration material, has important features manifested in the fact that it has a symmetrical body with the outline of a stylized rectangular prism of oval shape, having on the first side side in the upper and lower part extensions in the form of stylized circumferential strips, wherein the upper extension has the outline of a strip with radial edges and containing in the central part, on the lateral surface, an element in the shape of a stylized seal, while on the second side in the upper and lower part the lower part of the extension in the form of stylized circumferential stripes which constitute an extension of the stripes on the first side of the bottle, wherein the stripes have radial edges, and the upper extension in the form of a circumferential strip on the second surface having a symmetrical outline, with diagonal sides and containing in the central part an element in the shape of a stylized seal.
