Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do napojów, zwlaszcza alkoholowych. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, stanowiacego butelke, przejawiajaca sie plaskim ksztaltem korpusu, o zarysie stylizowanego prostopadloscianu, posiadajacego na czolowej powierzchni zaglebienie o obrysie prostokata oraz zawierajacego charakterystyczny ksztalt czesci górnej wraz z wypuklym napisem BERZERAK o zapisie liter alfabetu rosyjskiego oraz dolnej czesci, stanowiacej podstawe, o zarysie stylizowanej elipsy i przezroczystoscia powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego moze byc odtwarzany dowolna technika z zachowaniem wlasciwosci charakterystycznych stanowiacych istote butelki. The essence of the industrial design's novelty and originality lies in its new form, a bottle-shaped body with a stylized cuboid outline, a rectangular recess on its front surface, and a distinctive upper section with a convex inscription "BERZERAK" inscribed with letters of the Russian alphabet, and a lower section, constituting the base, with a stylized ellipse outline and a transparent surface. The industrial design can be reproduced using any technique while retaining the bottle's characteristic properties. The subject of the industrial design, constituting a bottle, is shown in the attached illustration material, which includes in fig. 1 - a frontal and side view of the bottle showing a symmetrical outline of the body with the outline of a stylised oval cuboid, having on its front surface a recess in the outline of a rectangle and containing a characteristic shape of the upper part, on which the word BERZERAK is placed, written in convex letters of the Russian alphabet, which, through a conical outline, passes into a cylindrical neck and a base with a protruding rim in the outline of a stylised ellipse; in fig. 2 - a view of the upper part of the body showing the location of the inscription BERZERAK written in convex letters of the Russian alphabet and part of the recess in the outline of a rectangle, as well as above the inscription a recess in the outline of a stylised ellipse. The bottle, according to the industrial design, made of glass, ceramics or plastic, shown in the illustration, has significant features manifested in the fact that it has a symmetrical outline of the body with the outline of a stylized cuboid of an oval shape, having on the front surface a recess in the outline of a rectangle and having a characteristic shape of the upper part, on which the word BERZERAK is placed written in convex letters of the Russian alphabet, which, through a conical outline containing a recess in the outline of a stylized ellipse, passes into a cylindrical neck and a base with a protruding rim in the outline of a stylized ellipse.
