The subject of the industrial design is a label with a rectangular outline, shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 - in the middle part - shows the word Mephisto written in stylized letters, with irregular outline of edges, connected in a characteristic way, and below - the words: the only black yogurt in the world - with a stylized font, and in the upper part - a drawing of a rectangle with the word Jogi on the inner surface with a characteristic font, and in the upper part - a symmetrically placed stylized drawing of a crown, and in one of the upper corners - a stylized drawing of fruit, and in the lower part - a drawing of a group of fruit on a background with an irregular outline, and at the lower edge of the drawing - the words: AMERICAN BLUEBERRY with a characteristic font of capital letters. The attached photograph of the industrial design constituting the label shows, in fig. 2 - a drawing containing in the middle part the word Mephisto with white letters having edges in the form of irregular lines in yellow, brown and red and written in large, stylized letters, connected in a characteristic way, and below the words: the only black yogurt in the world - having a stylized typeface of letters with a white surface and edges of the letters in the form of black lines, and in the upper part a rectangle with a white background, with upper and lower stripes in white, containing the word Jogi with bold stylized letters, and in the upper part a stylized drawing of a crown with a black background and edges in the form of white lines, and in one of the upper corners a stylized drawing of fruit in dark blue, wherein the drawing of the rectangle with the word Jogi and the stylized drawing of fruit are placed on a black background. and in the lower part, in the middle, a stylized drawing of dark blue fruit, placed against a background of a fanciful drawing of flames in red, brown and yellow, on a black background, and at the lower edge the words: BORÓWKA AMERIKANSKA with stylized red letters. The label, according to the industrial design, shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, has significant features manifested in that it has a drawing containing in the central part the word Mephisto with white letters having edges in the form of irregular lines in yellow, brown and red and written in large stylized letters, connected in a characteristic way, and below the words: the only black yogurt in the world - having a stylized typeface of letters with a white surface and edges of the letters in the form of black lines, and in the upper part a rectangle with a white background with upper and lower stripes in white color, containing the word Jogi with bold stylized letters, and in the upper part a stylized drawing of a crown with a black background and edges in the form of white lines, and in one of the upper corners a stylized drawing of dark blue fruit, wherein the drawing of the rectangle with the word Yoga and a stylized drawing of fruit are placed on a black background. In the lower part, in the middle, there is a stylized drawing of dark blue fruit, placed against a fanciful drawing of flames in red, brown, and yellow, on a black background.
