The right to register an industrial design is valid from .0142 .,?oos y. The subject of the industrial design is a label intended for placement on appropriate food product packaging. The essence of the novelty and originality of an industrial design is a new form of the object, suitable for repeated reproduction, manifested by characteristic stylized graphic elements constituting colorful drawings, colorful lettering elements, and the color of the background surface. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, where Fig. 1 - shows a view of a rectangular label with a background of varying intensity of blue, which in the upper part of the label is a drawing of the sky background with a lighter blue colour in the upper part of the label and a darker one in the middle, and below, the white background colour with a pattern of stripes is irregularly mixed with the blue background colour with a pattern of stripes, constituting a stylized drawing of a rough sea surface, on the surface of which there is a stylized drawing of a silhouette of a man riding a surfboard with a red and yellow sail, and above it, the registered trademark "Jogi" with white letters and a dark blue surface, and in the upper part, at the side edge of the label and on the opposite side, in the lower part, the words "L casei i guarana" in a stylized font with a red surface color, and in the middle part, partly on the surface of the drawing of the sky and the surface of the sail the words "sport active" in stylized larger letters with a red surface color, and in the lower part near the lower acronym the words "o smak LIMONKl" and JLIME" in a characteristic font of upper and lower case letters with a green surface color; fig. 2 - shows a view of a rectangular label with a background of varying intensity of blue color, which in the larger upper part is dark blue, while in the lower part it is light blue, while in the upper middle part there is a registered trademark "Jogi" with white letters and a dark blue surface color, and below there are the words "sport active" in a stylized font with a yellow surface color and next to it a drawing of a silhouette of an athlete jumping over a drawn sports running track, and next to it on the side edge of the label in the upper part and on the opposite side in the lower part the words "L casei i guarana" in yellow letters, and in the central part the words "sport active" in yellow letters, while at the lower edge the words "o smak MARACUJI I NEKTARINKI" and the words "MARACUJA" and "NECTARINE" in a characteristic font of upper and lower case letters in red; Fig. 3 - shows a view of a rectangular label with a background of varying intensity of blue, with the upper part of the label having a dark blue drawing constituting an outline of the sky, and below it a fanciful drawing of an irregular outline of white clouds and in the lower part, near the lower edge, a diagonal stripe with a grey surface color, and in the upper middle part there is the registered trademark "Jogi" with white letters and a dark blue surface color, and below it the words "sport active" in a stylized typeface with a blue surface color, and next to it a drawing of a sports silhouette of a rider on a motorbike in a curve in a characteristic pose, and at the side upper edge of the label in the upper part and on the opposite side in the lower part the words "L casei i guarana" with blue letters in the upper part and red letters in the lower part, and at the bottom edge the words "strawberry flavour" and "STRAWBERRY" in a characteristic cut of upper and lower case letters in red. The label, consisting of a rectangular outline, has significant features, which are demonstrated by the fact that it has a background of varying intensity of blue, on which there are colored drawings of an athlete on a surfboard against the background of a drawing of the sea, an athlete jumping over a sports rumour and a sports competitor on a motorbike in a characteristic turn, and in the central part the "Jogi" trademark and the words "sport active" with letters in red, yellow and blue, as well as the words "L casei i guarana" placed in the upper part and the opposite lower part with stylized letters in red, yellow and blue, and at the lower edge the words "o smak LIMONKI" and the word "LIME" with the surface color of the stylized letters in green, the words "o smak MARACUJI I NEKTARINKI" and "MARACUJA" and "NECRARINE" with the surface color of the stylized letters in red, and also the words "strawberry flavor" and "STRAWBERRY" with red color of the surface of the stylized letters.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PL PL
