Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do napojów, zwlaszcza alkoholowych. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle intended for beverages, especially alcoholic beverages.

Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, stanowiacego butelke, przejawiajaca sie stylizowanym ksztaltem zawierajacym charakterystyczny korpusu oraz elementu ozdobnego w górnej czesci. The essence of the novelty and originality of the industrial design is the new form of the object, which is a bottle, manifested by a stylized shape containing a characteristic body and a decorative element in the upper part.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego moze byc odtwarzany dowolna technika z zachowaniem wlasciwosci charakterystycznych stanowiacych istote butelki. The subject of an industrial design can be reproduced in any technique while maintaining the characteristics which constitute the essence of the bottle.

The subject of the industrial design, constituting a bottle, is shown on the accompanying illustrative material, including in Fig. 1 - a front view showing the outline of a symmetrical body with a contour of a surface in the central part with the contour of a stylized label, and below the outline of a surface in the form of a stylized rectangle with rounded lower corners and a wavy outline of the upper edge of the line, and above the outline of a surface in the form of a stylized rectangle with an arched outline of the upper and lower edge, and in the upper part a surface with the outline of a stylized strip containing in the central part a decorative element in the form of a symmetrical ornamental wreath outline and a stylized element with the outline of a coat of arms inside while in the lower part a widened base with an arched contour of the outer lower edges and a symmetrical arched contour of the bottom, while the neck has a cylindrical contour and in the upper part two parallel rings protruding beyond the contour of the neck and the contour of the thread; in fig. 2 - a side view of a symmetrical body with a symmetrically in the central part an outline of a surface with a contour of a stylized square with rounded corners, and above and below surfaces with an outline of stylized rectangles with rounded corners, and in the upper part, surfaces with the outline of a stylized belt with an arched upper and the lower edge, and in the lower part a broadened base with an arched outline of the outer lower edges and a symmetrical arched bottom edge; in Fig. 3 - a top view of the bottle showing the square outline of the body with a radial corner contour with surface indentations representing the surfaces of the stylized labels and a base with the outline of a stylized circle containing symmetrical protrusions located along the radial corners of the body. The bottle, following an industrial pattern, made of glass, ceramics or plastic, shown on the illustrative material, contains important features such as the fact that it has the outline of a symmetrical body having on one side surface, in the central part, an outline of a surface with the outline of a stylized label, and below the outline of a surface in the form of a stylized rectangle with rounded the lower corners and a wavy outline of the upper edge of the line, and above the outline of the surface in the form of a stylized rectangle with an arched outline of the upper and lower edges, and in the upper part the surface with the outline of a stylized strip with a decorative element in the central part in the form of those with the outline of a symmetrical decorative wreath and a stylized element with the outline of a coat of arms inside, and in the lower part an extended base with an arched outline of the outer lower edges and a symmetrical arched outline of the bottom, while on the other side surface with a symmetrically shaped surface in the central part with a contour of a stylized square by round the corners, and above and below the surfaces with the outline of stylized rectangles with rounded corners, and in the upper part, the surfaces with the outline of a stylized belt with an arched upper and lower edge, and in the lower part, a broadened base with an arched outline of the outer lower edges and a symmetrical arched outline of the bottom, and the neck it has a cylindrical contour and in the upper part two parallel rings protruding beyond the contour of the neck and the contour of the thread, and the body of the bottle has a square contour with a radial contour of the corners containing surface indentations constituting the surfaces of stylized labels and the base of the the outline of a stylized circle containing symmetrical protrusions located along the radial corners of the body.

Butelka wykonywana jest w róznych wielkosciach dla róznych pojemnosci i posiada obly ksztalt, przy czym kolor powierzchni butelki jest zalezny od barwy umieszczanego wewnatrz plynu.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3The bottle is made in different sizes for different capacities and has an oval shape, the color of the bottle surface depending on the color of the liquid inside.
