Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z elipsami przeznaczona do napojów alkoholowych oraz bezalkoholowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie jej górnej czesci oraz w czesci zasadniczej stanowiacej korpus butelki. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach na których fig. 1 - przedstawia widok czolowy butelki, fig. 1a - przedstawia widok boczny tej butelki oraz fig. 2 - przedstawia widok czolowy odmiany butelki i fig. 2a - przedstawia widok boczny tej odmiany. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 i la - szyjka butelki zakonczona jest u góry nadlewem w formie gwintu, a ponizej ma ksztalt niskiej barylki o wypuklych na zewnatrz sciankach. W podstawie barylka ta laczy sie z górna czescia butelki, która ma ksztalt pólkolisty i ponizej przechodzi w zasadniczy, cylindryczny korpus. Korpus ten ma ksztalt walca, przy czym na jego przedniej czolowej sciance oraz symetrycznie na tylnej sciance wykonane jest wglebienie o konturach elipsy. W dolnej czesci butelki, stanowiacej podstawe, korpus tworzy dno wklesle do srodka. Odmiana butelki przedstawiona na rysunku fig. 2 i 2a posiada b^dziej smukly korpus, inaczej uksztaltowana szyjke oraz górna czesc laczaca szyjke z korpusem. Szyjka tej butelki zakonczona jest u góry nadlewem w formie gwintu, a ponizej posiada ksztalt wysmuklego walca, który w podstawie dolnej laczy sie z górna czescia butelkiposiadajaca ksztalt rozlozystego stozka scietego. Elementem posrednim laczacym szyjke ze stozkiem - jest waski, wypukly nadlew w postaci pierscienia. Natomiast dolna podstawa stozka laczy sie z zasadniczym, cylindrycznym korpusem, który na przedniej, czolowej sciance oraz symetrycznie na tylnej sciance wykonane ma wglebienie o konturach elipsy. W dolnej czesci butelki, stanowiacej podstawe, korpus tworzy dno wklesle do srodka. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, particularly in the shape of its upper part and in the basic part constituting the bottle's body. The design is shown in the drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a front view of the bottle, Fig. 1a shows a side view of this bottle, Fig. 2 shows a front view of a variant of the bottle, and Fig. 2a shows a side view of this variant. As shown in Figs. 1 and 1a, the bottle's neck is terminated at the top with a threaded boss, and below it is shaped like a low barrel with outwardly convex walls. At the base, this barrel connects to the upper part of the bottle, which is semicircular in shape and then merges into the basic, cylindrical body. This body is cylindrical in shape, with an ellipse-shaped recess on its front face and symmetrically on the rear face. In the lower part of the bottle, which serves as the base, the body forms a concave bottom. The bottle variant shown in Figures 2 and 2a has a more slender body, a differently shaped neck, and an upper part connecting the neck to the body. The neck of this bottle ends at the top with a threaded boss, and below it is a slender cylinder, which at the lower base connects to the upper part of the bottle, which has the shape of a broad truncated cone. The intermediate element connecting the neck to the cone is a narrow, convex boss in the form of a ring. The lower base of the cone connects to the basic, cylindrical body, which has an ellipse-shaped recess on the front wall and symmetrically on the rear wall. In the lower part of the bottle, which constitutes the base, the body forms a bottom concave inward. List of bottle varieties: fig. 1 and 1a - shows a bottle with a low, barrel-shaped neck; fig. 2 and 2a - " " with a high, cylindrical neck; As can be seen from the description and drawings, the essential features of the design are: - characteristic shape of the neck, which in the basic design in fig. 1 has the shape of a low barrel with outwardly convex walls, and in the design variant (fig. 2) has the shape of a cylinder; - the connection of the lower base of the neck with the semicircular upper part of the bottle (Fig. 1) and with a spreading, low truncated cone (Fig. 2); - the use of a convex riser in the design (Fig. 2) connecting the neck with the upper part of the bottle; - the use of an ellipse-shaped recess on the front and rear walls.
