Pierwszenstwo od dnia 9 lipca 1999 r. nr 499 06 345.7 (Niemcy) Butelka, zwlaszcza do plynnych srodków czyszczacych Przedmiotem niniejszego wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, zwlaszcza do plynnych srodków czyszczacych, wykonana korzystnie z pólprzezroczystego szkla, wzglednie tworzywa sztucznego i wyposazona w zakretke, zaopatrzona w rurke wylewowa o niewielkiej srednicy. Nowa postac butelki zmierzajaca do celów zdobniczych wystepuje w jej ksztalcie.Butelka wedlug wzoru jest uwidoczniona na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - te sama butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - te sama butelke w widoku z lewego boku , fig. 4 - te sama butelke w widoku z prawego boku, fig. 5 - te sama butelke w widoku z góry, a fig.6 - te sama butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru sklada sie z wlasciwej butelki wykonanej korzystnie z pólprzezroczystego szkla lub tworzywa sztucznego i zaopatrzonej w gwintowana szyjke, na która nakrecona jest zakretka z rurka wylewowa, wykonana korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego o ciemnej barwie. Butelka wedlug wzoru ma w widoku z przodu w swej górnej czesci ksztalt wycinka kola, obejmujacego kat srodkowy okolo 240 stopni i przechodzacego z obydwu stron wkleslymi lukami w jej czesc dolna, ograniczona wypuklymi lukami o promieniu kilkakrotnie wiekszym od promienia wycinka kolowego czesci górnej (fig. 1 i 2). W widoku z boku butelka ma ksztalt prostokata, zakonczonego od dolu szerszym cokolem, u góry zas liniami nachylonymi pod katem okolo 30 stopni do pionu (fig. 3 i 4). W widoku z góry (fig. 5) oraz z dolu (fig.6) butelka ma ksztalt owalu z wierzcholkami scietymi równolegle do jej krótszej osi (fig. 5 i 6). Na znajdujaca sie na wierzcholku butelki gwintowana szyjke, nakrecona jest zakretka w postaci stozka scietego o niewielkim kacie zbieznosci, zaopatrzona u góry w cylindryczny wystep, z którego wychodzi nachylona pod katem okolo 40 stopni do poziomu - rurka wylewowa o niewielkiej srednicy. No. 499 06 345.7 (Germany) Bottle, in particular for liquid cleaning agents The subject of this design is a bottle, in particular for liquid cleaning agents, preferably made of translucent glass or plastic and equipped with a screw cap and a small diameter pouring tube. The bottle's new form, intended for decorative purposes, is evident in its shape. The bottle according to the pattern is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 - the same bottle from the back, Fig. 3 - the same bottle from the left side, Fig. 4 - the same bottle from the right side, Fig. 5 - the same bottle from the top, and Fig. 6 - the same bottle from the bottom. The bottle according to the pattern consists of the actual bottle, preferably made of translucent glass or plastic and provided with a threaded neck, onto which is screwed a cap with a pouring tube, preferably made of dark plastic. According to the design, the bottle, in its front view, has the upper part shaped like a sector of a circle, encompassing a central angle of approximately 240 degrees and extending on both sides by concave arcs into its lower part, which is bounded by convex arcs with a radius several times greater than the radius of the circular sector of the upper part (figs. 1 and 2). In the side view, the bottle has the shape of a rectangle, topped at the bottom by a wider base, and at the top by lines inclined at an angle of approximately 30 degrees to the vertical (figs. 3 and 4). In the top view (fig. 5) and bottom view (fig. 6), the bottle has the shape of an oval with vertices truncated parallel to its shorter axis (figs. 5 and 6). A screw-on cap in the form of a truncated cone with a small taper angle is screwed onto the threaded neck at the top of the bottle. It has a cylindrical projection at the top, from which extends a small-diameter pouring tube inclined at an angle of approximately 40 degrees to the horizontal.
