Butelka charakteryzuje sie nowa postacia prze- jawiajaca sie w ksztalcie czesci pojemnikowej oraz za- chowaniem odpowiednich proporcji wymiarowych jej po- szczególnych czesci* Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, a fig. 2 - butelke w wi- doku od dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z polozonej u góry glówki oraz usytuowanej nizej czes- ci pojemnikowej zakonczonej wkleslym dnem. Glówka przechodziw czesc pojemnikowe poprzez szeroka i zarazem niska szyjke. Czesc pojemnikowa patrzac od strony górnej zawiera wychodzaca z glówki i rozszerzajaca sie ku dolowi czegc stozkowa o wkleslej pobocznicy przechodzaca dalej w rozszerzajaca sie równiez ku dolowi nastepna czesc stozkowa o górnej wypuklej i dolnej plaskiej pobocznicy, która zakonczona jest niska czescia wal- cowa z obwodowym scieciem nachylonym w strone osi butelki.Ponizej czesci stozkowej znajduje sie wysoka czesc walcowa, która w dole poprzez obwodowe sciecie nachylone na zewnetrz przechodzi w ni9ke czesc wal- cowe • Nastepnie czesc walcowa przechodzi lagodnym lukiem skierowanym do wewnetrz w dno. Wysokosc czesci walcowej stanowi w przybli- zeniu 0 f 4 wysokosci calkowitej butelki, natomiast srednica czesci walcowej jest nieco mniejsza od srednic niskich czesci walcowych polozonych nad i pod wysoke czescie walcowe. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The bottle is characterized by a new form manifested in the shape of the container part and the maintenance of appropriate dimensional proportions of its individual parts.* The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 2 - the bottle from the bottom. The bottle according to the industrial design consists of a head at the top and a lower container part with a concave bottom. The head flows into the container part through a wide and low neck. The container part, viewed from the top, comprises a conical part extending from the head and widening downwards, with a concave side surface, which then continues into another conical part, also widening downwards, with a convex upper surface and a flat lower surface, which ends with a low cylindrical part with a circumferential cut inclined towards the bottle axis. Below the conical part, there is a high cylindrical part, which at the bottom, through a circumferential cut inclined outwards, turns into a low cylindrical part. The cylindrical part then turns into a gentle inward arc towards the bottom. The height of the cylindrical part is approximately 0 f 4 of the total height of the bottle, while the diameter of the cylindrical part is slightly smaller than the diameters of the low cylindrical parts located above and below the high cylindrical parts.
