Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok cukiernicy a fig. 2 przekrój pionowy.Cukiernica, wedlug wzoru sklada sie z pojemnika i wieczka z uchwytem oraz podstawy. Pojemnik cukiernicy ma ksztalt polowy bryly obrotowej na bazie elipsy, natomiast wieczko jest lekko wypukle, ma pierscieniowa pobocznice i eliptyczne wyciecie na lyzeczke. Uchwyt umieszczony jest centralnie i ma ksztalt bryly obrotowej opartej na elipsie, scietej od dolu prostopadle do osi. Podstawa cukiernicy ma ksztalt prostokata wygietego w luk o promieniu równym okolo % dlugosci prostokata. W podstawie centralnie wyciety jest eliptyczny otwór mniejszy niz srednica pojemnika. Pomiedzy krótszym bokiem i otworem umieszczony jest znak firmowy. Pojemnik cukiernicy dzieki takiemu uksztaltowaniu moze byc ustawiany, na swojej podstawie, pod róznymi katami do blatu stolu. PL PLSugar Bowl The design registration right is valid from May 17, 2001. The design is a table-top sugar bowl. The essence of the design is a new shape. The design is illustrated in the illustration, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the sugar bowl and Fig. 2 shows a vertical cross-section. The sugar bowl, according to the design, consists of a container, a lid with a handle, and a base. The sugar bowl container is shaped like a half-solid of revolution based on an ellipse, while the lid is slightly convex, has an annular sidewall, and an elliptical cutout for a spoon. The handle is centrally located and has the shape of a solid of revolution based on an ellipse, truncated at the bottom perpendicular to the axis. The base of the sugar bowl is a rectangle bent into an arc with a radius equal to approximately 1/3 of the rectangle's length. The base has a central, elliptical opening, smaller than the container's diameter. The company logo is located between the shorter side and the opening. Thanks to this shape, the sugar bowl's container can be placed on its base at various angles to the tabletop.
