Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka do plynnych srodków chemicznych przeznaczonych zwlaszcza do zastosowania w gospodarstwach domowych. Butelka wg wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na rysunku, gdzie Fig.l przedstawia spód butelki (ksztalt podstawy) w rzucie poziomym zas Fig. 2 rzut pionowy szerszego boku butelki, natomiast Fig. 3 widok wezszego boku butelki. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi butelka skladajaca sie z : A) - podstawy ( Fig. 1) o podluznym ksztalcie , zakonczonej po obu wezszych stronach owalami z tym, ze podstawa zweza sie lekko w strone tego boku opakowania, po którego stronie umiejscowiono wyciecie spelniajace role uchwytu. Wzdluz krawedzi zewnetrznej otworu uchwytowego znajduje sie kolumna uchwytowa B) - korpusu ( Fig. 2 oraz Fig. 3) , który w rzucie pionowym szerszego boku jest oblego ksztaltu z podluzna, odchylona nieco od pionu w kierunku korka butelki wneka z przelotowym otworem uchwytowym. Ponad podstawa oraz u spodu zwienczenia butelki widoczny zarys wyciecia ( widocznego wyraznie w rzucie pionowym boku krótszego). Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie równiez tym, ze jej obrys w plaszczyznie podluznej obrysu butelki widzianego z jej wezszej strony posiada symetryczne wciecie rozszerzajace sie w ksztalcie ramion litery „v" ku zwienczeniu butelki oraz rozszerzajacym sie w ksztalcie ramion odwróconej litery „v" ku podstawie butelki. Oba konce rozszerzen osiagaja szerokosc nieco wieksza od szerokosci podstawytego rzutu odpowiednio nieco ponizej zwienczenia oraz powyzej podstawy, po czym zwezaja sie do szerokosci równej szerokosci podstawy. U zwienczenia butelki znajduje sie wytloczony pierscien z gwintem umieszczony równolegle do podstawy butelki. Na którym osadzona jest nakretka w ksztalcie dwóch spoczywajacych na sobie walców, przy czym górny jest wyraznie wezszy i wyzszy od dolnego. PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of the industrial design is a bottle for liquid chemicals intended particularly for household use. The bottle according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottom of the bottle (the shape of the base) in a horizontal view, Fig. 2 a vertical view of the wider side of the bottle, and Fig. 3 a view of the narrower side of the bottle. The industrial design is a bottle consisting of: A) - an elongated base (Fig. 1) terminated on both narrower sides with ovals, the base narrowing slightly towards the side of the packaging on which the cutout serving as a handle is located. Along the outer edge of the handle opening there is a handle column B) - the body (Fig. 2 and Fig. 3), which in the vertical projection of the wider side is oval in shape with an elongated recess with a through handle opening, slightly inclined from the vertical towards the bottle cork. Above the base and at the bottom of the bottle top, there is a visible outline of a cutout (clearly visible in the vertical projection of the shorter side). The industrial design bottle is also characterized by the fact that its outline in the longitudinal plane of the bottle outline seen from its narrower side has a symmetrical cutout widening in the shape of the arms of the letter "V" towards the bottle top and widening in the shape of the arms of an inverted letter "V" towards the bottle base. Both ends of the extensions reach a width slightly greater than the base of this projection, slightly below the crown and above the base, respectively, before tapering to a width equal to the base. At the crown of the bottle is an embossed threaded ring placed parallel to the base. A cap in the shape of two resting cylinders is mounted on it, with the upper one being noticeably narrower and taller than the lower one. PL PL PL
