Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z etykieta, posiadajaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie soków i nektarów owocowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie , ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Butelka wykonana jest z przezroczystego szkla o ksztalcie cylindrycznym i posiada etykiete . Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku przedstawiajacym butelke z etykieta w widoku ogólnym. Fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane butelki z etykieta z napisem: „MALINA Z KWIATEM LIPY". Fig.2 przedstawia druga odmiane butelki z etykieta z napisem: „WISNIA". Fig.3 przedstawia trzecia odmiane butelki z etykieta z napisem: „MALINA", Fig.4 przedstawia czwarta odmiane butelki z etykieta z napisem: „CZARNA PORZECZKA", Fig. 5 przedstawia piata odmiane butelki z etykieta z napisem: „TRUSKAWKA". Istotna cecha butelki jest ksztalt korpusu, który posiada w czesci przydennej wyraznie uksztaltowana stopke, powyzej której powierzchnia boczna przechodzi w liniach prostych, lekko zbieznych ku dolowi, do czesci górnej korpusu, której powierzchnia boczna uksztaltowana jest o zarysiezblizonym do stylizowanej, wydluzonej cyfry „3" i nastepnie zwienczona jest odcinkiem szyjki butelki o powierzchni gwintowanej. W srodkowej czesci korpusu butelki umieszczona jest etykieta, która posiada w górnej czesci obszar o zarysie owalnym z umieszczonym na szczycie lysunkiem o zaiysie stylizowanego listka, zas w dolnej czesci polaczonego z obszarem o zarysie prostokatnym, któiy umieszczony jest na obszarze o postrzepionym obrzezu imitujacym lisc owoców. Na obszarze fantazyjnego listka umieszczony jest napis : „HERBAPOL" a nieco ponizej „ESENCJA NATURY". Na obszarze o owalnym zarysie umieszczony jest napis: „OWOCOWA SPIZARNIA", a nieco ponizej „PREMIUM". W pierwszej odmianie wzoru etykiety, na obszarze o zarysie prostokatnym jest napis: „MALINA", a nieco ponizej równiez na obszarze o zarysie prostokatnym jest napis: „Z KWIATEM LIPY". Na obszarze o postrzepionym obrzezu jest rysunek owoców malin i kwiatu lipy. W drugiej odmianie wzoru etykiety, na obszarze o zaiysie prostokatnym jest napis: „WISNIA". Na obszarze o postrzepionym obrzezu jest rysunek owoców wisni. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru etykiety, na obszarze o zarysie prostokatnym jest napis: „MALINA". Na obszarze o postrzepionym obrzezu jest rysunek owoców malin. W czwartej odmianie wzoru etykiety, na obszarze o zarysie prostokatnym jest napis: „CZARNA PORZECZKA". The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surfaces. The bottle is made of transparent cylindrical glass and has a label. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows a general view of the bottle with the label. Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the bottle with a label reading: "RASPBERRY WITH LIME BLOSSOM." Fig. 2 shows the second variant of the bottle with a label reading: "CHERRY." Fig. 3 shows the third variant of the bottle with a label reading: "RASPBERRY." Fig. 4 shows the fourth variant of the bottle with a label reading: "BLACKCURRANT." Fig. 5 shows the fifth variant of the bottle with a label reading: "STRAWBERRY." An important feature of the bottle is the shape of the body, which has a distinctly shaped foot at the bottom, above which the side surface passes in straight lines, slightly converging downwards, to the upper part of the body, the side surface of which is shaped with an outline similar to a stylized, elongated number "3" and is then topped with a threaded section of the bottle neck. In the middle of the body is a label, which has an oval area in the upper part with a stylized leaf at the top, and in the lower part connected to a rectangular area, which is placed on an area with a jagged edge imitating a fruit leaf. The inscription "HERBAPOL" is placed on the fanciful leaf area, and "ESSENCE OF NATURE" slightly below. The inscription "FRUIT PANTRY" is placed in the oval area, and "PREMIUM" slightly below. In the first label design, in the rectangular area, there is the inscription "MALINA" (RASPBERRY), and slightly below, also in the rectangular area, there is the inscription "Z KWIATEM LIPY" (WITH LIME FLOWERS). In the area with a jagged edge, there is an image of raspberries and linden flowers. In the second label design, in the rectangular area, there is the inscription "ISNIA" (CHERRY). In the jagged edge, there is an image of cherries. In the third label design, in the rectangular area, there is the inscription "MALINA" (RASPBERRY). In the jagged edge, there is an image of raspberries. In the fourth label design, in the rectangular area, there is the inscription "CZARNA PORZECZKA" (BLACKCURRANT). In the jagged edge, there is an image of blackcurrants. In the fifth variant of the label design, on the rectangular area there is an inscription: "STRAWBERRY".
