Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 przedstawiono butelke zamknieta korkiem, zas na fig. 2 przedstawiono pojemnik butelki, zas na fig. 3 przedstawiono korek butelki, natomiast na zalaczonej fotografii przedstawiono widok butelki. Butelke stanowi przestrzenna bryla, ksztaltem symbolizujaca Kolumne Zygmunta w Warszawie. Stanowi ja komplet pojemnika i zamykajacego go korka. Pojemnik ma wysokosc w przyblizeniu równa 0,8 wysokosci calej butelki. Od dolu ma podstawe w postaci dwóch przestrzennych elementów o zarysie kwadratu, o wysokosci w przyblizeniu równej 0,03 wysokosci pojemnika i krawedzi bocznej o dlugosci w przyblizeniu równej 0,2 wysokosci pojemnika, przy czym górny element ma mniejsza dlugosc krawedzi, niz dolny. The pedestal's circumferential edge has a horizontally approximately square outline. The lower part of the pedestal, with a height of approximately 0.4 times the total pedestal height, flows gently into the upper part. Each pedestal section has a rectangular recess, the bottom surface of which flows gently into the main surface of the pedestal. Above the element symbolizing the pedestal is a dividing element with a square outline, flowing gently into a cylindrical element symbolizing a column, with a height approximately equal to 0.4 times the container's height and a diameter approximately equal to 0.1 times the container's height. The column is topped with a capital, a set of cylindrical elements connected by gentle arches. Above the capital, the container features a bottle cap for the cork. The bottle cap is a three-dimensional element, shaped like a figure in a crown cap, holding a cross and a sword, mounted on a cylindrical base. This figure's shape alludes to King Sigismund Vasa. The bottle is made of transparent glass, either colored or uncolored. The essential features of the industrial design are the outline of the external shape of the bottle, the container of which has a height approximately equal to 0.8 times the height of the entire bottle and a base at the bottom in the form of two three-dimensional elements with a square outline, with a height approximately equal to 0.03 times the height of the container and a side edge approximately 0.2 times the length of the container, with the upper element having an edge length shorter than the lower one. Above the base, the container has an element symbolizing a pedestal, with a height approximately equal to 0.4 times the height of the container, the circumferential edge of which has a near-square outline in the horizontal plane, and the lower part of the pedestal, with a height of approximately 0.4 times the height of the entire pedestal, transitions in a gentle arc to the upper part. Each part of the pedestal has a rectangular recess, the bottom surface of which connects with the main surface of the pedestal by a gentle arc. Above the element symbolizing the pedestal is a dividing element with a square outline, transitioning by a gentle arc into a cylindrical element symbolizing the column, having a height approximately equal to 0.4 times and a diameter approximately equal to 0.1 times the height of the container. The column is topped at the top with an element symbolizing the capital, a set of cylindrical elements connected by gentle arcs. Above the capital, the container has a bottle cap for the cork, a three-dimensional element symbolizing a figure in a crown cap, holding a cross and a sword, mounted on a cylindrical base. This figure's shape refers to King Sigismund Vasa.
