Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z etykieta butelki, posiadajaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie plynnych produktów spozywczych, a zwlaszcza soków i napojów owocowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Butelka posiada swoiste uksztaltowanie powierzchni dajace oryginalny efekt przestrzenny. Butelka ma ksztalt korpusu o cylindrycznym zarysie i zaokraglonym dolnym obrzezu zamknietym plaskim dnem. W górnej czesci korpus posiada ksztalt stozka scietego przechodzacego w wydluzona szyjke zwienczona wypuklym na zewnatrz kolnierzem. Etykieta butelki posiada swoisty ksztalt oraz oryginalny wystrój graficzno - kolorystyczny. Etykieta butelki scisle przylega do centralnej czesci korpusu butelki podkreslajac wyraznie jej oryginalne, owalne walory ksztaltowe. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym, Fig. 2 przedstawia butelke z etykieta butelki soku o smaku pomaranczowo - brzoskwiniowym,Fig. 3 przedstawia butelke z etykieta butelki soku o smaku wisniowo - jablkowym. Butelka posiada swoiste proporcje zewnetrznej postaci powierzchni bocznej i czesci dennej, wykonana jest ze szkla, przy czym moze byc wykonywana z innych materialów. Butelka zamknieta jest kapslem wyposazonym w pierscieniowy uchwyt. Istotna cecha etykiety butelki jest jej ksztalt w ogólnym zarysie zblizony do owalu oraz jej wystrój graficzny przedstawiajacy tlo etykiety utworzone z fantazyjnie rozmieszczonych owoców, ich pokrojonych czesci i listków w oryginalnej gamie kolorystycznej nadajacej im walor swiezosci, zas w górnej czesci etykiety jest pasmowy obszar z napisem: TYMBARK, przy czym pasmowy obszar usytuowany jest na wycinku wstegi z napisem w górnej czesci cyfr: 1936, a w dolnej czesci wsparty jest na stylizowanym owocu z listkiem. Ponadto na etykiecie sa wyraziste imitacje kropli nadajace walor swiezosci i smakowitosci soku.W pierwszej odmianie etykiety butelki przedstawionej na Fig. 2 umieszczone sa fotografie owoców pomaranczy i brzoskwin, a w dolnej czesci etykiety jest napis: pomaranczowo-brzoskwiniowy uksztaltowany w postaci luku. W drugiej odmianie etykiety butelki przedstawionej na Fig. 3 umieszczone sa fotografie owoców wisni i jablek, a w dolnej czesci etykiety jest napis: wisniowo- jablkowy uksztaltowany w postaci luku. PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a bottle label, intended for use as packaging for liquid food products, particularly juices and fruit drinks. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The bottle has a unique surface shape that creates an original three-dimensional effect. The bottle has a cylindrical body with a rounded lower rim closed by a flat bottom. The upper part of the body has a truncated cone shape, transitioning into an elongated neck topped with a convex outer collar. The bottle label has a unique shape and original graphic and color scheme. The bottle label adheres tightly to the central part of the bottle body, clearly emphasizing its original, oval shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the bottle, Fig. 2 shows a bottle with a label for an orange-peach flavored juice bottle, Fig. 3 shows a bottle with a label for a cherry-apple flavored juice bottle. Another significant feature of the industrial design is the knurled surface of the upper part of the body, shaped like a truncated cone, and the annular area of the lower part of the bottle body, located slightly above the rim of the bottle base. The bottle has specific proportions between the outer surface and the bottom. It is made of glass, although it can also be made of other materials. The bottle is closed with a cap equipped with a ring handle. A significant feature of the bottle label is its general shape, similar to an oval, and its graphic design, which depicts a label background composed of fancifully arranged fruit, their sliced parts, and leaves in a unique color palette, lending them a freshness. The upper part of the label features a banded area with the inscription "TYMBARK," with the banded area located on a ribbon segment with the inscription "1936" at the top, and the lower part supported by a stylized fruit with a leaf. Furthermore, the label features expressive imitation drops, conveying the freshness and deliciousness of the juice. The first bottle label variation, shown in Fig. 2, features photographs of oranges and peaches, and the lower part of the label features the inscription "orange-peach," shaped like an arc. The second version of the bottle label shown in Fig. 3 features photographs of cherries and apples, and the lower part of the label features the inscription "cherry and apple" in the form of an arc.
