Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiot przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Butelka posiada swoiste uksztaltowanie powierzchni dajace oryginalny efekt przestrzenny. Etykieta posiada swoisty ksztalt oraz oryginalny wystrój graficzno- kolorystyczny. Etykieta butelki scisle przylega do górnej czesci korpusu butelki podkreslajac wyraznie jej oryginalne walory ksztaltowe. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The bottle has a unique surface shape that creates an original three-dimensional effect. The label has a unique shape and original graphic and color scheme. The bottle label fits tightly to the upper part of the bottle body, clearly emphasizing its unique shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from a general view, and Fig. 2 shows the bottle with the label for orange-flavored juice. A significant feature of the industrial design is the shape of the body, stylized on the outline of an elongated teardrop truncated at the bottom, with the body closed by a flat bottom and topped with a threaded neck at the top. A significant feature of the industrial design is its general shape, similar in outline to the front part of a leaf, and its graphic design depicting a label background composed of fancifully arranged fruit and its sliced parts in an original color range, giving them a freshness. The upper part of the label features a banded area with the inscription: TYMBARK, with the banded area located on a section of ribbon with the inscription at the top of the numerals, and in the lower part supported by a stylized fruit with a leaf.
