Butelka z napojem alkoholowym Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 29 lipca 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z napojem alkoholowym, przeznaczonym do konsumpcji. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture oraz material. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l - przedstawiajacym butelke z napojem alkoholowym w widokuogólnym oraz na fotografii, fig.2- ilustrujacej butelke w widoku od czola. Butelka z napojem alkoholowym, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyposazona w czesc zbiornikowa polaczona z szyjka, jest wykonana z przezroczystego szkla i zaopatrzona u góry w metalowa nakretke. Do cech istotnych wzoru nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka jest wypelniona napojem alkoholowym, w którym jest zanurzony strak papryki. Toorank Polska S.A. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle of an alcoholic beverage intended for consumption. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, fig. 1, showing a general view of the alcoholic beverage bottle, and in the photograph, fig. 2, illustrating the bottle from the front. The alcoholic beverage bottle, according to the industrial design, equipped with a reservoir part connected to the neck, is made of transparent glass and fitted with a metal cap at the top.
