Totally Empty - This will enable consumers to totally empty out specific types of bottles/tin cans/tubes etc products. For example, when consumers use shampoo and it is almost empty they usually turn bottle upside down to extract the remaining. This solution will simply add a material (thin but firm plastic) at the base of bottle and maybe use something like a straw to clip to base to extract remaining contents. There are numerous ways to achieve this as illustrated in my quick drawing subject to bottle and its contents.
