Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Butelka wedlug wzoru posiada swoiste uksztaltowanie powierzchni dajace oryginalny efekt przestrzenny. Etykieta butelki wedlug wzoru posiada swoisty i oryginalny wystrój graficzno - kolorystyczny, me postac folii samoprzylepnej scisle przylegajacej do calej powierzchni korpusu butelki. PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle and its label used as packaging for liquid food products, particularly soft drinks and fruit and vegetable juices. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The bottle, as designed, has a unique surface shape that creates an original three-dimensional effect. The bottle label, as designed, has a unique and original graphic and color scheme, in the form of a self-adhesive foil tightly adhered to the entire surface of the bottle. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a bottle in a general view, Fig. 2 shows a bottle with a label for a drink with the following flavours: carrot-cherry-lime, Fig. 3 shows a variant of the bottle with a label for a drink with the following flavours: carrot-red grapefruit, Fig. 4 shows the second variant of the bottle with a label for a juice with the following flavours: carrot-red orange-lime, Fig. 5 shows the third variant of the bottle with a label for a juice with the following flavours: carrot-raspberry-lime. An important feature of the bottle according to the industrial design is the shape of the body made of a central segment with a cylindrical side surface, where there are longitudinal surface recesses stylized on the outline of elongated rectangles with fancifully rounded corners and an upper segment with a cone-shaped surface outline, truncated on both sides, converging towards the threaded neck, and between both segments there is a distinct annular narrowing of the bottle body surface. An important feature of the bottle label is the graphic design depicting an image of a playful Winnie the Pooh teddy bear occupying the lower part of the bottle, and in the central part of the bottle label there is the inscription: "KUBUS", and below it the inscription: "play!", while the background of the label is made of a composition of fancifully cut and arranged fruit and visible ice cubes, presented in an original color range giving them a freshness value. The bottle label shown in Fig. 2 also contains information regarding the drink's flavor in the form of the inscriptions: carrot, cherry, lime. The bottle label shown in Fig. 3 also contains information regarding the drink's flavor in the form of the inscription: carrot, red grapefruit. The bottle label shown in Fig. 4 also contains information regarding the drink's flavor in the form of the inscription: carrot, red orange, lime. The bottle label shown in Fig. 5 also includes information about the juice's flavor in the form of the inscription: carrot, raspberry, lime. The bottle, based on an industrial design, has specific proportions between the outer side surface and the bottom. The bottle label is a self-adhesive foil that adheres tightly to the entire surface of the bottle body, clearly emphasizing its unique shape.
