Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do plyn- nych wyrobów spozywczych, w szczególnosci do produktów mlecznych, takich jak kefir naturalny, kefiry smakowe i mleczne napoje probiotyczne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz rysunku powierzchni i kolorystyce. Powyzej tego przetloczenia butelka zachowuje ksztalt walca, a w górnej czesci jest przewezona po stozku zakonczonym w jego górnej czesci wyrazistym przetloczeniem w ksztalcie kolnierza, ponad którym znajduje sie glówka z gwintem. Na glówke z gwintem jest nakrecana nakretka zamykajacatrwale butelke. Nakretka jest wykonana jako nakretka dwudzielna, to znaczy jej odkrecana, górna czesc jest polaczona z pierscieniem dolnym za pomoca zgrze- wów rozmieszczonych punktowo po obwodzie. Gwint jest gwintem skosnym, dwu- zwojowym, typu twist. W przypadku przekrecenia górnej czesci nakretki nastepuje trwale zerwanie punktowych zgrzewów, co sygnalizuje stan otwarcia butelki. Butelka jest wykonana z nieprzezroczystego, gladkiego tworzywa sztuczne- go w kolorze bialym, matowym i jest pokrywana na calej swej powierzchni termo- kurczliwa folia (sleeve) o oryginalnej kolorystyce, innej dla kazdego z wariantów smakowych produktu mlecznego znajdujacego sie w butelce. PLThe industrial design is a bottle intended for liquid food products, particularly dairy products such as natural kefir, flavored kefirs, and probiotic milk drinks. The essence of the design is the new and individual form of the item, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, surface design, and color scheme. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, which shows a bottle without a cap in a frontal view, while photographs 1 and 2 depict the bottle according to the industrial design, respectively, without a cap and without a product label, and with the closure in its final form intended for sale, i.e., a bottle fitted with heat-shrinkable product labels. The illustration shows 450 ml bottles for natural kefir and flavored kefirs. The bottle's essential features, according to the design, are that it is a cylindrical solid at the bottom, passing through a single shallow embossment into a section of the cylinder constituting the label area, the upper edge of which is an identical embossment. Above this embossment, the bottle retains its cylindrical shape, and in the upper part it narrows into a cone, culminating in a distinctive collar-shaped embossment, above which is a threaded head. A cap is screwed onto the threaded head, permanently closing the bottle. The cap is made as a two-part cap, meaning it can be unscrewed; the upper part is connected to the lower ring by welds placed pointwise around the circumference. The thread is a two-start oblique twist thread. When the top of the cap is turned, the spot welds are permanently broken, signaling that the bottle is open. The bottle is made of opaque, smooth, matte white plastic and is covered with a heat-shrinkable sleeve in its original color, different for each flavor of the dairy product contained within the bottle. The bottle is closed with a cap as shown in the attached illustration. The cap, regardless of the flavor, is navy blue. Fig. PL
