Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do plyn- nych wyrobów spozywczych, w szczególnosci do produktów mlecznych, takich jak kefir i maslanka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz rysunku powierzchni i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w dwóch odmianach przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którego fig. 1 przedstawiono w widoku czolowym butelke z nakretka przeznaczona dla kefiru odtluszczonego, natomiast fig. 2 przedstawia butelke z nakretka przeznaczona do przechowywania maslanki. Przedstawione butelki sa zaopatrzone w termokurczliwe etykiety towarowe identyfikujace rodzaj produktu mlecznego, czyli sa przedstawione w formie, w której wystepuja w obrocie gospodarczym. Cechami istotnymi butelki wedlug wzoru jest to, iz stanowi ja bryla od dolu majaca ksztalt walca przechodzacego kolejno poprzez jedno plytkie, trzy glebokie i znowu jedno plytkie przetloczenia, w czesc górna, równiez majaca ksztalt walca przewezajacego sie po stozku w kierunku glówki z gwintem. Górna krawedz stoz- ka jest oddzielona od glówki butelki wyrazistym przetloczeniem w formie kolnie- rza. Na glówke z gwintem jest nakrecana nakretka zamykajaca trwale butelke. Nakretka jest wykonana jako nakretka dwudzielna, to znaczy jej odkrecana, górnaczesc jest polaczona z pierscieniem dolnym za pomoca zgrzewów rozmieszczo- nych punktowo po obwodzie. Gwint jest gwintem skosnym, dwuzwojowym, typu twist. W przypadku przekrecenia górnej czesci nakretki nastepuje trwale zerwanie punktowych zgrzewów, co sygnalizuje stan otwarcia butelki. Butelka jest wykonana z nieprzezroczystego, gladkiego tworzywa sztuczne- go w kolorze bialym, matowym i jest pokrywana na calej swej powierzchni termo- kurczliwa folia (sleeve) o oryginalnej kolorystyce, innej dla kazdego z produktów mlecznych znajdujacych sie w butelce. Butelka jest zamykana nakretka jak poka- zano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Nakretka butelki, w zaleznosci od wersji smakowej produktu, jest w kolorze granatowym lub zielonym. Kolor grana- towy jest przypisany do produktu pod nazwa kefir 0%, natomiast kolor zielony jest charakterystyczny dla butelki 900 ml z maslanka. Cechy istotne wzoru: - ksztalt butelki, - kolorystyka nakretek specyficzna dla danego rodzaju produktu mlecznego, - kolorystyka etykiety towarowej (sleeve) charakterystyczna dla danego rodzaju produktu mlecznego, dla obu powyzszych cech kolor zielony jest przypisany do maslanki, kolor grana- towy jest przypisany do kefiru.fig. 1 fig. 2 PLThe industrial design is a bottle intended for liquid food products, particularly dairy products such as kefir and buttermilk. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, surface design, and color scheme. The industrial design is presented in two variations in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows a frontal view of a bottle with a cap intended for skimmed kefir, while Fig. 2 shows a bottle with a cap intended for storing buttermilk. The bottles are provided with heat-shrinkable trade labels identifying the type of dairy product, meaning they are presented in the form in which they are commonly found in commerce. The bottle's essential features, according to the design, are that it is a cylindrical body at the bottom, passing through one shallow, three deep, and then one shallow embossment, into the upper part, also cylindrical, tapering towards the threaded head. The upper edge of the cone is separated from the bottle head by a distinctive embossment in the form of a collar. A cap is screwed onto the threaded head, permanently closing the bottle. The cap is designed as a two-part cap, meaning it can be unscrewed; the upper part is connected to the lower ring by welds placed at specific points around the circumference. The thread is a two-start oblique thread, twist-type. Twisting the top of the cap permanently breaks the spot welds, signaling that the bottle is open. The bottle is made of opaque, smooth, matte white plastic and is covered with a heat-shrinkable sleeve in its original color, different for each dairy product contained within the bottle. The bottle is closed with a cap as shown in the attached illustration. The cap, depending on the flavor, is navy blue or green. The navy blue color is assigned to the product called 0% kefir, while green is characteristic for the 900 ml bottle of buttermilk. Essential features of the design: - bottle shape, - cap colors specific to a given type of dairy product, - label colors (sleeve) characteristic for a given type of dairy product, for both of the above features, the green color is assigned to buttermilk, the navy blue color is assigned to kefir.
