Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Butelka posiada swoiste uksztaltowanie powierzchni dajace oryginalny efekt przestrzenny. Etykieta ma postac folii samoprzylepnej, posiada swoisty ksztalt oraz oryginalny wystrój graficzno- kolorystyczny. Etykieta butelki ma postac folii samoprzylepnej scisle przylegajacej do plaskiej powierzchni korpusu butelki podkreslajac wyraznie jej oryginalne walory ksztaltowe. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym, a Fig.2 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt korpusu utworzony z dwóch symetrycznych scian o nieregularnym, gruszkowatym zarysie i splaszczonych pozostalych dwóch scian, które maja wybrania powierzchni wyprofilowane odpowiednio do ksztaltu powierzchni bocznej i sa plasko sciete w czesci odsadzenia przy podstawie korpusu oraz w górnej jego czesci, przy czym korpus ma podstawe z wypuklym do wewnatrz dnem i zwienczony jest gwintowana szyjka.Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest jego wystrój graficzny przedstawiajacy tlo etykiety butelki utworzone z fantazyjnie przedstawionych glównych smakowych skladników sosów deserowych, a w górnej czesci etykiety jest pasmowy obszar z napisem: TYMBARK, przy czym pasmowy obszar usytuowany jest na wycinku wstegi, zas w dolnej czesci wsparty jest na stylizowanym owocu jablka z listkiem. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a bottle label, intended for use as packaging for liquid food products, particularly dessert sauces. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The bottle has a unique surface shape that creates an original three-dimensional effect. The label is a self-adhesive foil, with a unique shape and original graphic and color scheme. The bottle label is a self-adhesive foil that adheres tightly to the flat surface of the bottle body, clearly emphasizing its unique shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from a general view, and Fig. 2 shows the bottle from a side view. A significant feature of the industrial design is the shape of the body, formed by two symmetrical walls with an irregular, pear-shaped outline and flattened remaining two walls, which have recessed surfaces profiled to match the shape of the side surface and are flat-cut at the offset at the base of the body and in its upper part. The body has a base with an inwardly convex bottom and is topped with a threaded neck. A significant feature of the industrial design is its graphic design depicting the background of the bottle label composed of fancifully presented main flavor ingredients of dessert sauces. In the upper part of the label is a striped area with the inscription: TYMBARK, with the striped area situated on a ribbon segment, while in the lower part it is supported by a stylized apple with a leaf. The bottle label is shown in Fig. 3. It also includes the inscription: Chocolate-flavored sauce and has the outline of chocolate bars and the drawing of an imaginatively spilled drop of sauce. The bottle label shown in Fig. 4 also includes the inscription: Tiramisu sauce and has the outline of a tiramisu-flavored dessert and the drawing of an imaginatively spilled drop of sauce. The bottle label shown in Fig. 5 also includes the inscription: Advocate sauce and has the outline of a vessel filled with sauce and the drawing of an imaginatively spilled drop of sauce. The bottle label shown in Fig. 6 also includes the inscription: Vanilla-flavored sauce and has the outline of a vanilla flower and the drawing of an imaginatively spilled drop of sauce. The bottle label shown in Fig. 7 also includes the inscription: Toffee sauce and has the outline of a toffee-flavored dessert and the drawing of an imaginatively spilled drop of sauce.
