Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka i jej odmiana, przeznaczone do przechowywania w nich plynnych artykulów spozywczych. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.1, oraz na fotografii fig. 1a, natomias t fig.2 - przedstawia jego kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego. Wyka z odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) butelka - fig.l i fig.la, 2) butelka z etykieta - fig.2. Cech a istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig.l i fig. la - butelki - jest to, ze: - jej korpus, tj. dolna czesc, posiada ksztalt walca, który na dole ozdobiony jest niewielkim, pierscieniowym wyoblaniem, a jego krawedzie - przy polaczeniu z podstawa - sa lekko zaokraglone i przechodza niewielkim, pierscieniowym uskokiem w nieznacznie wklesle dno butelki, natomiast - górna czesc korpusu butelki ozdobiona jest nieco podobnym do opisanego wyzej, pierscieniowym wyoblaniem, które przechodzi w wypukly na zewnatrz i lejkowato zwezajacy sie element, polaczony z szyjka butelki, przy czym - szyjke butelki stanowi element przypominajacy stozek sciety, w którym promien górnej podstawy jest nieznacznie mniejszy od promienia dolnej podstawy, - górna czesc szyjki ozdobiona zostala dodatkowo niewielkim i lagodnie uksztaltowanym pierscieniowym przewezeniem, - w najwyzszej czesci szyjki butelki widoczne sa gwintowo uksztaltowane nadlewy, stanowiace zakonczenie szyjki butelki, - cala bryla opisanej butelki wykonana zostala z bardzo przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego, znakomicie imitujacego szklo. Cech a istotna odmiany wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionej na ilustracji fig.2 - butelki z etykieta-jest to, ze:- korpus butelki, tj. dolna jej czesc, posiada ksztalt walca, który na dole ozdobiony jest niewielkim, pierscieniowym wyoblaniem, a jego krawedzie - przy polaczeniu z podstawa - sa lekko zaokraglone i przechodza niewielkim pierscieniowym uskokiem w nieznacznie wklesle dno butelki, natomiast - górna czesc korpusu butelki ozdobiona jest nieco podobnym do opisanego wyzej, pierscieniowym wyoblaniem, które przechodzi w wypukly na zewnatrz i lejkowato zwezajacy sie element, polaczony z szyjka butelki, przy czym - szyjke butelki stanowi element przypominajacy stozek sciety, w którym promien górnej podstawy jest nieznacznie mniejszy od promienia dolnej podstawy, - górna czesc szyjki ozdobiona zostala dodatkowo niewielkim i lagodnie uksztaltowanym pierscieniowym przewezeniem, - w najwyzszej czesci szyjki butelki widoczne sa gwintowo uksztaltowane nadlewy, stanowiace zakonczenie szyjki butelki nakrytej czerwona, plaska nakretka, której górna czesc jest zabkowana, a dodatkowo - na korpusie butelki umieszczono ozdobna etykiete, która utrzymana jest zasadniczo w jasno bezowej kolorystyce, stanowiacej tlo poszczególnych elementów etykiety, i tak: - w górnej czesci etykiety widoczne jest czerwone pole, podkreslone kilkoma cienkimi, na przemian jasnymi i ciemnymi liniami, na srodku których umieszczono stylizowane, czerwone jabluszko z zielonym listkiem, podkreslone bialymi liniami konturowymi i z umieszczonym na jego srodku zóltym napisem ,jamar", - ponizej opisanych elementów widoczne jest jasne pole, na którym umieszczony zostal duzy napis „OCET', a nizej mniejszy napis „SPIRYTUSOWY", zas pod polem tym umieszczona zostala kompozycja przedstawiajaca rózne warzywa, grzyby oraz dzban, które podkreslone zostaly jasnobrazowym pasem z brazowym napisem „PRODUKT NATURALNY", ponizej tych elementów widoczne jest jasne pole, przygotowane do umieszczenia w nim kodu paskowego, - cala bryla opisanej butelki wykonana zostala z bardzo przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego, znakomicie imitujacego szklo.Fig.1 Fig.1a Fig.2 PLThe industrial design covers a bottle and its variants, intended for storing liquid foodstuffs. The industrial design being protected is shown in illustration Fig. 1 and photograph Fig. 1a, while Fig. 2 shows its next form, i.e., a variant of the industrial design. A list of the variants of the industrial design: 1) bottle - Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, 2) bottle with label - Fig. 2. An important feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations fig. 1 and fig. 1a - a bottle - is that: - its body, i.e. the lower part, has the shape of a cylinder, which is decorated with a small, annular recess at the bottom, and its edges - at the connection with the base - are slightly rounded and pass through a small, annular step into the slightly concave bottom of the bottle, while - the upper part of the bottle body is decorated with an annular recess somewhat similar to the one described above, which passes into an outwardly convex and funnel-like narrowing element, connected to the bottle neck, wherein - the bottle neck is an element resembling a truncated cone, in which the radius of the upper base is slightly smaller than the radius of the lower base, - the upper part of the neck is additionally decorated with a small and gently shaped annular narrowing, - in the highest part the neck of the bottle shows threaded lugs constituting the end of the bottle neck, - the entire body of the described bottle is made of a very transparent plastic, perfectly imitating glass. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 2 - a bottle with a label - is that: - the bottle body, i.e. its lower part, has the shape of a cylinder, which is decorated with a small, annular recess at the bottom, and its edges - at the connection with the base - are slightly rounded and pass through a small annular step into the slightly concave bottom of the bottle, while - the upper part of the bottle body is decorated with an annular recess somewhat similar to the one described above, which passes into an outwardly convex and funnel-like narrowing element, connected to the bottle neck, wherein - the bottle neck is an element resembling a truncated cone, in which the radius of the upper base is slightly smaller than the radius of the lower base, - the upper part of the neck is additionally decorated with a small and gently shaped annular narrowing, - in the highest part The neck of the bottle features threaded lugs, which are the end of the neck of the bottle, covered with a red, flat cap, the upper part of which is serrated. Additionally, the body of the bottle features a decorative label, which is generally in a light beige color, constituting the background of the individual label elements, as follows: - in the upper part of the label, a red field is visible, highlighted with several thin, alternating light and dark lines, in the center of which there is a stylized red apple with a green leaf, highlighted with white contour lines and with a yellow inscription "jamar" placed in its center. - below the described elements, a light field is visible, on which a large inscription "Vinegar" is placed, and below that, a smaller inscription "SPIRYTUSOWY", and below this field, a composition depicting various vegetables, mushrooms and a jug, which are highlighted with a light brown stripe. with a brown inscription "NATURAL PRODUCT", below these elements there is a light field, ready to place a barcode, - the entire body of the described bottle is made of a very transparent plastic, perfectly imitating glass.
