Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 - przedstawia na rysunku widok z przodu pierwszej odmiany butelki, Fig. 2 - przedstawia na rysunku widok z boku pierwszej odmiany butelki, Fig. 3 - przedstawia na rysunku widok z przodu drugiej odmiany butelki, Fig. 4 - przedstawia na rysunku widok z boku drugiej odmiany butelki, Fig. 5 - przedstawia widok butelek zobrazowanych na Fig. 1 - Fig. 4 od strony dna Fig. 6 - obrazuje na fotografii widok perspektywiczny butelek z boku i z przodu ustawionych obok siebie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej zblizony do nieregularnej bryly, w której dwa przeciwlegle wezsze boki maja postac prostokatnych trapezów. Przy czym prostopadle ramiona tych trapezów wyzna- czaja przód butelki, zas równolegle boki tych trapezów wyznaczaja dno i wierzch butelki, przy czym sa odwrócone wzgledem siebie o 180°. W plaszczyznie prosto- padlej do osi wzdluznej butelki jej przód na calej wysokosci jest wklesly po luku, zas plaszczyzna tylu butelki jest jest wyznaczona przez polaczenie boków wspo- mnianych trapezów, jednego zwezajacego sie w miare oddalania sie od dna butelki, zas drugiego rozszerzjecego sie w miare oddalania sie od tego dna. W pierwszej odmianie butelki szyjka pokryta jest gwintem, zas w drugiej odmianie butelki szyjka zaopatrzona jest w otaczajacy wystajacy pierscien.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5Fig. 6 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle made of glass intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfumery liquids. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the front view of the first bottle variant; Fig. 2 - shows the side view of the first bottle variant; Fig. 3 - shows the front view of the second bottle variant; Fig. 4 - shows the side view of the second bottle variant; Fig. 5 - shows a bottom view of the bottles shown in Fig. 1; Fig. 4 - shows a perspective photograph of the side and front views of the bottles positioned side by side. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the container portion resembles an irregular block, in which the two opposite, narrower sides are rectangular trapezoids. The perpendicular arms of these trapezoids define the front of the bottle, while the parallel sides of these trapezoids define the bottom and top of the bottle, being rotated relative to each other by 180°. In a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the bottle, its front is concave along its entire height in an arc, while the plane of the bottle's rear is defined by the connection of the sides of the aforementioned trapezoids, one narrowing as it moves away from the bottom of the bottle, and the other widening as it moves away from the bottom. In the first bottle variant, the neck is covered with a thread, while in the second bottle variant, the neck is provided with a surrounding protruding ring.
