Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 - przedstawia na rysunku widok z przodu pierwszej odmiany butelki, Fig. 2 - przedstawia na rysunku widok z boku pierwszej odmiany butelki, Fig. 3 - przedstawia na rysunku widok z przodu drugiej odmiany butelki, Fig. 4 - przedstawia na rysunku widok z boku drugiej odmiany butelki, Fig. 5 - przedstawia widok butelek zobrazowanych na Fig. 1 - Fig. 4 od stron, dna Fig. 6 - obrazuje na fotografii widok ogólny pierwszej odmiany butelki. Fig. 7 - obrazuje na fotografii widok ogólny drugiej odmiany butelki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki, który w widoku z przodu i z boku ma postac prostokata, przy czym przekrój poprzeczny tej czesci zbiornikowej ma ksztalt zblizony do wypuklej figury utworzonej przez dwa luki polaczone swymi koncami. Stosunek wysokosci butelki bez szyjki do szerokosci jej scianki przedniej oraz tylnej i do grubosci tej butelki ma sie w przyblizeniu ma sie tak jak: 9 : 7 : 3. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the front view of the first bottle variant; Fig. 2 - shows the side view of the first bottle variant; Fig. 3 - shows the front view of the second bottle variant; Fig. 4 - shows the side view of the second bottle variant; Fig. 5 - shows a view of the bottles depicted in Fig. 1 - Fig. 4 from the sides and bottom; Fig. 6 - shows a photograph of a general view of the first bottle variant; Fig. 7 - shows a photograph of a general view of the second bottle variant. Essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the reservoir portion of the bottle, which in front and side views is rectangular, with the cross-section of this reservoir portion having a shape similar to a convex figure formed by two arcs connected at their ends. The ratio of the height of the bottle without the neck to the width of its front and rear wall and to the thickness of the bottle is approximately as follows: 9:7:3. In the first version of the bottle, the neck is covered with a thread, while in the second version of the bottle, the neck is provided with a surrounding protruding ring.
