Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 25 marca 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona glównie do konfek- cjonowania wyrobów perfumeryjnych. Istota wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrot- nego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, Fig. 1 - obrazujacej bu- telke w widoku perspektywicznym, oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 2 - przed- stawia widok butelki z boku, Fig. 3 - przedstawia widok butelki z góry i na Fig. 4 - na której zobrazowano dno butelki. Butelka sklada sie z czesci zbiornikowej zakonczonej od góry rozmieszczona osiowo szyjka pokryta gwintem. Ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki jest zblizony do prostopadlo- scianu o podstawie równoramiennego trójkata ze scietym wierzcholkiem, przy czym naroza tego trójkata sa zaokraglone. Wierzch butelki jest lekko wybrzuszony i przechodzi w syme- tryczny pierscien, na którym osadzona jest nagwintowana szyjka.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego to: dno butelki które ma ksztalt równoramien- nego trójkata ze scietym wierzcholkiem oraz zaokraglonymi narozami. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle intended primarily for packaging perfume products. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproduction. The new and original form of the object manifests itself in the shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the bottle in a perspective view, and in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 2 shows a side view of the bottle, Fig. 3 shows a view of the bottle from above, and Fig. 4, which shows the bottom of the bottle. The bottle consists of a reservoir section ending at the top with an axially arranged neck covered with a thread. The shape of the bottle's reservoir is similar to a cuboid with a base of an isosceles triangle with a truncated top, and the corners of the triangle are rounded. The top of the bottle is slightly bulging and merges into a symmetrical ring on which a threaded neck is mounted.
