Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Dozownik wedlug wzoru przedstawiono na fotografiach, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia dozownik w widoku z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia dozownik w widoku z dolu. Dozownik a ksztalt zblizony do figury powstalej z dwóch walców, z których górny ma nieco wieksza srednice i nieco mniejsza wysokosc . Przejscie pomiedzy tymi dwoma brylami ma ksztalt luku.
